Ive been staying In Mag 5 boulevard past six years dealing with Nor Al Sama. Mr. Sohail has been absolute professional during renewal and the period of stay. Can recommend anyday.

We have called lots of agents that time and only Mansoor who have answered us and assisted us from the beginning till we had our unit in Mag520. He is very supportive and always available even on his day off. Thank you Mansoor!

Worst behavior faced from a real estate broker company. If any one find my review please never deal any kind of service with them. They are cheaters over & above they start threatening if you request them to get service on time.

A little insight on the repair day, my husband and I were away on our wedding during the day of the repair, and my husband had explicitly informed the security to contact the real estate agents before proceeding with maintenance.
But now Sohail is stating that the maintenance team was theirs despite their earlier claims. These guys lie on impulse, and they could never keep their story straight, so it’s easy to pick up when they give us misinformation.
The bottom line is that if the AC was repaired for AED 520/-, why is it broken within 2 months, that’s unheard off. Also note that these problems, the AC and other maintenance issues were communicated 2-3 weeks prior to our moving.
Aside from the AC there’s many maintenance issues we have been following up since moving in, and they don’t even bother sending people to repair it. When they did “send a team”, it was barely done and most of the issues weren’t even resolved despite careful and detailed reports. As per agreement they stated that they will fix all problems that we’ve notified 7-10 days after moving in; and believe it or not most of the problems were reported even BEFORE we moved in. They don’t even bother keeping their word and it shows their lack of integrity. To this day, we are STILL following up on those reported issues.
Now, however; they have moved on from lying and stalling to accusations and threats by telling us that they will not renew our contract! For what probable cause? For following up and finally getting rightfully upset after almost 3 months of being patient?
We have contemplated about reporting this to the Dubai Land Department but chose not to as it’ll definitely take a long time for it to get sorted and more money than fixing the AC ourselves. They are the prime example of what someone that is truly useless when it comes to meeting customer expectations.
I would never bring to light anyone or anything of being terrible; however, I will make an exception so that others won’t suffer the way that we did under their “care”.

Overall a good experience dealing with the staff especially Ms Arooj Fatima who really helped me in getting a good property & managing the entire paperwork in a hassle free manner.

Dear all, I strongly advise against booking with this real estate company. Despite my booking a flat on April 20th, the employees have consistently misled me. It's now May 7th, and I'm still being given false information about the status of my booking. Such dishonesty is completely unacceptable."
