I was give my blood test about 3week before the nurse was told me that you should receive your result in 5 to 6 days but I was called after 1week the receptionist said dr will call you back but he didn’t than after 2 weeks I’ll call back but still the receptionist said dr didn’t review your report yet call us few days later worse experience just don’t register your dr with them

Rude receptionists/lacking respect.

I called them on the phone 3 times today and every time they made an excuse for why I should call back without apologising for lying. I called back on the 3rd time and I was explaining my issue to them and 10 seconds in they cut the phone on me. I thought it may have been an accident by them but I got no call back and I feel like I can’t trust the receptionist to tell my issue. Id rather just book an appointment and say i’m going to tell my issue to the doctor directly. Nye bevan really need to reconsider who they choose for receptionist roles. The receptionist does not take accountability for their own mistakes and makes the person calling feel like their crazy.

Just go private at this point it’s not even worth registering here unless they decide to implement respect in their staff roles. They say they wont tolerate disrespect towards staff yet they make the person calling feel disrespected and uncomfortable.

Stay away as far as possible never can get an appointment with no point of having a gp staff not help for at all Dr Gafoor never available to see you Dr tells you one thing and staff tell you another I know NHS is going through a hard time but nothing has ever changed here always been the same

I never saw the doctor all the time I went there just to do the blood test and that's it they never examined me as in the procedure. And the staff is so rude is not giving to you the time.

Yet again, I’ve had the worst experience ever with the receptionists at this doctor. I rang at 8am on the dot for an appointment, after waiting 25 minutes I was told it was not an emergency and to call back at 11:30am.

I did just that and was told there’s no availability for the next 2 weeks and I have to call back after 2 weeks for an appointment.
This system is a SHAMBLES! The receptionists are completely unqualified for the job and have no understanding or empathy for others.

Staff are complete waste of space. Doctors at this surgery are very caring and professional. I remember this surgery use to have excellent customer service, don’t know why it’s gone bad to worse. Staff are extremely rude on phone. If it was my surgery I’ll keep sabah as the manager and sack all the new staff, and train new staff who respect’s patients. Finally I Noticed dr ghafoor doesn’t get involved anymore as he use to about any complaints.

I have never ever need to complain about this surgery. The doctors the staff are absolutely humble and polite. I congratulate their efforts in providing this excellent service to patients. The manger at this practise is a gem that keeps control how the practice is ran. Well done keep it up.
