Beautiful Persian architectural marvel. The environment inside was quite and tranquil.
They have nice library, Persian souvenir store and art gallery inside the compound.

Blue Mosque in Yerevan is also known as Blue Mosque, Parsi Mosque and Gek Jami Mosque. This mosque was built in the 18th century, far from grandeur and with an almost simple architecture. The Blue Mosque was built by Hussain Ali Khan who was a local ruler during the reign of Nader Shah. The facade and dome of the Blue Mosque are decorated with blue tiles. This mosque became known as the blue mosque because of the color of the entrance door and its tiles, which are blue.
Roses are blooming on a small territory, offering a nice view of the entrance to the mosque. Judging by the tag on the restricted network, beautiful shots are captured with this backdrop. The only downside is that the entrance to the territory from the street is inconspicuous.

Entering the mosque from the Main Street.. the hustle bustle of the city is cut off and you land in a very peaceful area.. full of fuitbearing trees (July month) birds and flowers.. the mosque is beautifully built in Iranian design and is the only operational mosque in Armenia

It's a free to enter mosque for all.

+ Great, peaceful, and calm inside the mosque built in between a busy city area.
+ A great art gallery selling art and craft at a reasonable price.
+ Some old idols, paintings, and artefacts are kept for public to view.
+ A great park inside with a lot of trees.
+ A good place for history enthusiasts.

There was nothing special there, just a simple mosque. Maybe because there are greater ones in Iran, I didn't like it much.
It's the lonely mosque in Yerevan, beautiful Persian blueish style, it's worth to visit not far from the center. There is a small souvenir place and the garden is very calm with less noise. You will enjoy the visit.
