I never left a bad review for a restaurant, but this is worth mentioning. I walked in to this place based on the hotel recommendation. Unfortunately i left very disappointed, the waiters are extremely rude and act as if they are serving you from charity. When i tried to confront them about their attitude, it didn’t seem like it mattered to them at all which is quite surprising. Why have a restaurant open if you are not welcoming to guests, and if it was packed i would understand they might be having a rough/busy day but there was only one family dinning in there. Keep it up 🙏🏻 Good job
Food was amazing and very authentic. We liked it so much that we ended up eating here multiple times during our stay in Engelberg. Each dish we tried was good.
I cut 1 point for expensive food (though totally worth it) as compared to Swiss standards and less variety in vegetarian menu.
Do visit Spice Bazaar whenever in Engelberg. Don't forget to reserve your seats in advance.

Food was excellent and it was so delicious, the place is clean the only thing is that the prices is a bit too much for a place in a small village
Hands down the best Indian restaurant I've tried in Switzerland!
The price to quantity ratio was amazing. The service was impeccable and most importantly the food was extremely delicious.
Right from the Tea, the samosa chat, Paneer Tikka masala and Garlic Naans - everything was amazing.
The restaurant should keep a hold of their cook and chef 😉

The waitress was so helpful and welcoming , the food was delicious we ordered lamb biryani and pakora plate . Definitely recommend for engel berg
Food is excellent. We have never been disappointed we have had this food several times @ the restaurant and a take out. I’ve very high expectations from meals not to boast but being honest. Service is rated @ 3 stars for the lack of staff available to set expectations for others. Quality and taste of food is worth the wait.
Haven't had such an amazing and tasty Indian food since long time, but this restaurant was just so good and perfect. Service was attentive, waiters are very friendly, food was - more than enough - flavorful and delicious! Definitely coming back again, once we are in Engelberg!
