We woke up at 7 am on 3 out of 5 days (the rest were weekends) to the sound of a hammer drill and grinder tool due to the renovation of the apartment above. Sadly, I cannot attach the video, but believe me, it was beyond LOUD. The host lied to us, claiming there was a warning about the ongoing reconstruction on the website. However, when asked to show where exactly, they admitted they never mentioned it to us. Besides that, there was no soundproofing between the rooms and the corridors, meaning that even if the hammer drill wasn't waking you up, then the cleaning staff or neighbors using the toilet would.

The advertisement of this "hotel" is misleading since it is not a hotel but a BnB or rather something in between, lacking the benefits of a BnB like a kitchen and all the supplies, and the benefits of a hotel like a receptionist available 24/7. The receptionist was off on Friday and on other days was not available after 4 pm. If you need some basics, like glasses, there will be no one to ask for.

The pictures on the website simply do not make sense or were taken about 10 years ago. The hotel is old, the furniture is highly damaged, and it does not come anywhere close to what you see in the photos.

Additionally, the "hotel" was very dirty with dust literally everywhere—on the bed frame, lamps, and tables. The curtains and walls were also dirty.

Everything about this "hotel" is a false misrepresentation. Highly not recommended.

Leider sind die Zimmer viel zu hellhörig. Man hört jedes gesprochene Wort vom Nachbarn.

Surprising location, in a building that seems to be administrative, as there is also the Gabonese embassy in the same building, and don't forget that you must like walking. The hotel is not the closest to the center of Rome.

I've never seen such an understaffed hotel in my life with just one person looking after reception, cleaning, luggage etc. The room was more or less comfortable until we dropped something on the floor and saw all the dust. The room is more or less comfortable until you drop something on the floor and see all the dust. Finally, don't forget to leave the room at 10am, because at 10.05am he'll come banging on your door and shout "Check up! To prepare for the check-out, bring some cash with you as he won't offer to pay by card unless you insist.

The price is good, the rooms are clean, the lobby is nice, the one cleaning guy we saw was nice. More of a "local" vibe - not the nicest area, but it's safe and fine - not surprising given it's in the Prati area.

This is an unstaffed hotel, which you see in Italy fairly commonly. You have to go through three different locked gates to get into your room from the street, each with different means of accessing (physical keys and pins), which is fairly inconvenient. The lobby in the building to the lobby of the hotel reminded me of an austere, nearly empty apartment complex in Shanghai that I stayed at. No AC in common areas. Tiny fridge. No blankets on the bed, or seemingly in the entire hotel. No access to staff to get more toiletries (toilet paper, etc) and the room was not regularly stocked. Bathroom didn't have storage for your own toiletries. Bathroom was poorly ventilated.

The booking staff was difficult to get ahold of when we needed help, the location is incredibly inconvenient (though there's a grocery store nearby, which is nice, there is not really anything in the way of transportation, restaurants, laundromats, bars, shops, etc - anywhere nearby; it was nearly a 1km walk to take our laundry to the nearest laundromat.) Lastly, they kept turning the air conditioner off even when we specifically requested them not to - during the hottest summer in Rome on record with days up to 43c. Not cool (literally.)

It succeeded at being what it was trying to be, for the pricepoint. Whether or not you should stay there depends on how much you'd weight comfort vs expense.

We had a wonderful stay. You can check in anytime and the location is perfect! Quiet, clean yet central.
The room was spacious and both the bathroom and the bedroom very modern. The bed was super comfortable as well and we had everything we needed like shampoo, new towels every day and coffe tabs! We would recommend and book it again :)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel for the weekend. It's located close to a metro station which gets you anywhere and has a small supermarket 1 min away. The apartments are really modern and nice. Can totally recommend this.
