This certification has been life changing I took the class and got a job two weeks later. I was so nervous at first but the staff is great and made me feel comfortable and made sure I was confident.

I took the class last month and just started working at octopharma this is an awesome class and Ms. Carter is the best.

I received my certification, but unless you already have a job lined up you will waste your money. It's really hard finding a job when you don't have experience. Most of the jobs want you to have at least 1-2 years of experience and this class was only 1 day long for me. They don't help you find a job after you certify, they don't keep in contact with you. They don't give you job leads. They aren't affiliated with any hospitals that you can work at under them to get experience. Might as well just go to college. I got my certification in April 2023 and I have been looking for a job in this field ever since. I wish I would've went with Steady Hands they actually show their students with jobs after they took the course.

I'm giving 2 stars because I did learn something. However, I never received my certificate. Just like the previous reviewer said, they and I are not lying. You will constantly be given excuses. You will not be given a certificate. The class is good if you want an overview. It's best to go to a real school and get your practice in. Trust me this crash course will not prepare you for a job. Most places want experience. They do not tell you about different needle gauges. You are not informed about the geriatric or child population. Please go to a school where you can do an internship and get your 200 sticks in.

I wouldn't even give this place one star, they are a FRAUD!! unless you have $450 to waste I highly recommend finding an accredited phlebotomy class. 1. I never received my hard copy of my certification, I've called about 50 times they keep giving me excuses as to why I haven't received it ( Its coming up on a year now) still haven't gotten it even offered to pick it up from Jacksonville they declined and said they'll send it in the mail. 2. This is not an accredited program it is not through the National Healthcare Association even though Ms.Carter the instructor said it was they never heard of them 3. The class was held in a hotel room with the instructor is giving you the answers to the exam for the certification and she wore flip flops with her thongs were hanging out of pants very unprofessional. DO NOT PAY YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE! ITS A SCAM! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

This place is a wonderful and convenient establishment. Mrs. Carter is truly an expert in her field. She has a passion for teaching and she will do everything in her power to pass her knowledge on to you. The classroom and supplies were all clean. I left this class after two days, feeling confident that I could practice phlebotomy in my current job at a hospital.
