Very unprofessional keep getting sent rent arrears letters when I've been paying my rent weekly.when I finally spoke to someone I won't mention her name, I was spoken to with disrespect and she spoke like a rude girl (street talk) I had no choice but to complain about her and still I keep getting letters from the very same woman that disrespected me.

Hello everyone just I have got the new house I had some problem with the house I tried to call council one lady she picked up and she’s been very nice for me and she’s very kind. Very helpful. Finally, just I want to say thank you very much Mis @ Charlene Whyte .

Worst employer to work for and even worse housing association.
.caretaker manager for Whitechapel’s area was Gary Tyler the estate caretaker manager has no interest in the care of his teams and sees caretakers as nothing but dirt beneath his shoes and has no interest in the wellbeing of staff members or tenants. Tenants would tell them of their concerns, report issues with the housing and nothing would get done or when it was they dragged their heels avoiding the issues for as long as possible, I would not recommend being a tenant or a employee especially with them ,avoid at all costs

The people in here were super friendly and helpful with sorting me a new fob. Just wish their opening hours were a bit longer!

I've had a disappointing experience as a tenant with THCH, which I find more concerning compared to my previous experience with Poplar Harca. THCH's response to maintenance issues appears to be inadequate. For instance, reaching out to them over the phone often involves prolonged wait times, exceeding an hour. Additionally, it took them six weeks to address a significant leak affecting the apartment below mine. Currently, there is an ongoing safety concern as the lifts and stairwell lights have been non-functional since December 22nd. This situation persists despite today being January 5th, indicating a lack of effective oversight over their contractors. In my interactions, I've found the staff's attitude and professionalism lacking, which only exacerbates the frustration. Furthermore, I'm displeased with their feedback system, which seems designed to solicit a minimum rating rather than genuinely address tenant concerns. This approach to tenant relations is highly unsatisfactory.

An absolute disgusting service. How are they landlords? They don't deserve 1 star. Staff are incompetent, they provide a joke of a service, the customer has to do the chasing to get a response and overall the service is beyond awful. They need to seriously reevaluate their processes, their staff, and much more.
