Thousand Hills Golf Resort

They took great care of us. Our room was big and roomy. 2 baths, a big kitchen, a nice bar area, a nice living room, a comfy bed, and a hot tub to use as well. The laundry room was nice. I'd go there again.

Completely unimpressed with Thousand Hills resort. I wish I would have kept my oringal reservation with Best Western. There are many things that are not included in your booking information, like you'll have to take out your own trash at the end of the stay, load and run the dishwasher, close all the window coverings, turn off all the lights/fans and the pools are NOT within walking distance from your room and you'll have to go get special pool towels from the club house before you go to the pool.
The stairwell to our room REEKED of cat urine, there were moths in our room when we checked in and the curtains for the patio don't close all the way and are so thin you exactly know when the sun comes up every morning, it reflects off the 2 wall mirrors ensuring you won't go back to sleep. The room was mediocre at best with dated decor, super loud furnace and a hot water heater that just couldn't keep up even without using the jacuzzi tub. It wasn't such a horrible experience that it ruined our trip but think of a sliver that just keeps irritating you. Would not return to this resort knowing what we know now.

If I could leave a 10 I would! We arrived in Branson with an 8 day stay booked with another “resort” only to find out we had been led astray! With no where to stay and 12 hours from home I called Thousand Hills Resort and reached Kandice who quickly took action and had to escalate to calling a supervisor to be able to get us into a unit that would meet our needs for this same day stay lasting for 8 days! She saved our trip and we are beyond grateful! The 2/2 condo at the Links was amazing, clean, and well stocked. The pool was closed up timely each evening and cleaned prior to opening each morning. We will be back. Thank you again from Texas!

We were not guests of the resort, but enjoyed a great round of golf on a Friday. Greens and fairways were all in fantastic shape. Pro shop has very reasonable prices as well. Lots of fun elevation changes and beautiful scenery on the course.

We stayed at the Legacy on the thousand hills golf resort, we stayed for 6 nights and it was great! We loved the location, it was clean and spacious! I will for sure stay again when we come back. It was quiet and nice. We had a few issues with one of the toilets and the lock key for the pool but other then that it was great. When I called about the toilet they had maintenance there with in 5 minutes and they personally came and unlocked the pool door when the key didn't work. My car broke down while we were there and they I asked if they recommend a place to get it taken care of because we had tournament games to be at, they recommended a mobile service that comes to you, he was also amazing and had my car parts and had it fixed by that night!

The location was good but the hotel is old and in need much renovation. The furniture was torn and ripped, permanent stains on the carpet and had a smell. The rooms haven’t been deep cleaned in years. Spoke with the front desk and no resolution was given. We checked out several days early.

Andrew was incredible and extremely helpful! He was very easy to work with and resolved any questions we had.

The room accommodations were less than we initially expected but the amenities, service and staff were top notch!
