Terrible service.

To paint a picture: We arrived around 9:15 and the host was kind enough to guide us to our seats, and we thought everything would go smoothly from there. Before the show started at 9:30, we noticed that the table to the right of us was getting service/attention from the wait staff, and the group to the left of us was also getting drinks. No one came to us.

We reached out to TWO servers for attention, they stated that they weren't responsible for this section and that they would get someone to serve us, and no one came. Even the group behind us was getting served! How were we not getting serviced?

By the time it was 10:15, and the headliner came out, we decided to take the loss and move on...However, the service was so bad that it distracted us from paying attention to the openers and the headliner of the show as the others around us had servers stopping by to check on them except us. Frustrating.

A nice, intimate venue that's perfect for regular comedy showings. However, I wish their seating wasn't so packed together all of the time as it can make it difficult/awkward to move around or go to the bathroom.

We had such a fun night here! Andy Woodhull, Joey Hamburger, and Emma were hilarious and had the whole room cracking up. My boyfriend and I got the dinner+show ticket, which automatically got us seats in the front row. The staff were wonderful. The restaurant food was okay, but very convenient to eat there and head right into the show afterwards (with drinks). Will be coming again!

Acme never fails! Always a blast. George Kittle was there with fam. So that was a neat surprise. We prepaid and got dinner with the tickets and to my surprise we got to sit in the front row! So I am guessing dinner gets you front row. Dinner and drinks were pricey similar to a sporting event but that is to be expected at this type of place. Customer service is always top notch here!

We have a great time every time we go! Comedy is very subjective but most of the time the headliners are great! Regardless of your taste in comedy, I recommend checking them out at least once. You get priority seating if you get dinner before the show at Sticks restaurant.

The wife and I enjoyed her birthday dinner at Sticks and a comedy show at Acme! The food was excellent we were both pleasantly surprised at how well it was prepared! And the show as always, was a good time!

Really great comedy, service, and ambiance! Seems like the chairs are set up well so there’s not a bad seat in the house. It was first come first seated which worked well for us. I will absolutely be back and tell all my friends to check it out as well!
