We utilize the employee review system at my employer and I feel that it is the first system that provides honest, detailed feedback and holds both the employee and employer accountable for items discussed in our quarterly reviews. It also provides a great tracking method for seeing consistent improvement and helps to identify areas for continued improvement.

I can’t say enough good things about Dallas and Melissa and how they have helped us on our leadership succession journey. First, they have been spot-on in recognizing our leadership goals and, with the Performance Culture System, we now have a roadmap in place that will make it happen. The system is visual and clearly links every member of our team to our company goals. We have found that the quarterly coaching sessions are very well received. Team members value the feedback, have clear expectations and are accountable for achieving their goals. It is helping us clearly identify our ‘stars’- those in whom we plan to invest our time and resources. For the first time we have a performance evaluation system that is linked to our tangible goals as well as our core values. We are very excited about this journey and the investment we are making in our team…our most valuable asset!

Bon's Eye Marketing implemented the Performance Culture System several months ago and has since noticed a steady change for the better. In the short term, we saw employees paying more attention to critical areas like time tracking, hitting deadlines, quality of output and communicating with fellow team members. In the long term, we've seen a general ease from the group as a whole, knowing that our goals / expectations are clearly defined.
