Have wanted to come here for so long but never had the chance until my flight was cancelled at JFK due to the biblical flooding. Great neighborhood bar with so much cool history. Staff was great, atmosphere was great, and the food hit the spot!

Wonderful local neighborhood bar with history. Comfortable spot with a couple of families and young kids enjoying their early dinner in the dining area. Definitely worth a stop. The wise guy cocktail was really good. Yes - featured in goodfellas and a bit of a landmark.
Visiting from out of town...Great bar food, great cocktails! Great band and fun place! Highly reccomend if you're in the neighborhood!
Had a blast, Great history and a must for any Goodfellas fan. The atmosphere was relaxed and Mike the bartender was friendly and very helpful. The Goodfellas Deluxe burger was outstanding and while your enjoying a drink and great food you have Mae West and Goodfellas history to look at on the walls of this almost 200 year old Tavern (One of the oldest in the country)

Joe was very good, helpful with advice and attentive. The cocktails were tasty. The Thai Chili Honey Wings were standard. I liked my Fish 'n' Chips and she liked her Famous Neir's Burger. They have a new menu (photos attached) which eliminated things that I wanted to try.
