Attended a Navy Chief pinning ceremony. Beautiful location and easy parking. Right behind the National Archives Building.

This is a hidden treasure! Has been, and continues to be, updated with very interesting artifacts. Movie is free and very inspiring look at different roles in the US Navy. Worth a visit!

We had a workshop in the Arleigh Burke Theater. The experience was great. During break I spent time looking at the displays. Very well done.

My favorite place I visited in DC. Small entry and wasn't planning on going but stopped by while on my way to another place and glad I did. There's a small library inside that has all types of Navy-related books.

Was a really interesting way to spend some time looking at Naval history, especially as the child of a Naval Vietnam veteran. Cool look at the evolution of the Navy over time and how it has progressed in more modern times. There is a small library that is packed full of old and interesting books and I spent some time there reading through old ship newsletters. Definitely a cool stop if you are on the Mall, at the National Archives, and just need to take a quiet break in a small, basement museum.

A beautiful courtyard perfect for a rest between museums!

This Memorial was very cool with the navy flags on display plus the bronze pictures sculptures had a fun 2D/3D element to it. The outside of the memorial I had a nice little multi tiered fountain, and in the center of the Memorial had a nice map displaying all the oceans.
