I stayed in a 2-bedroom unit at Core apartment for 3 months. The unit was clean with new paint and flooring. The complex was pretty clean. Core is at a very nice location with easy access to freeway (I-5 & I-57) and very convenient to get everything you need less than 5 miles.
Edward in the leasing office was very patient and responsive to all my questions before I moved in. After I moved in, people in the leasing office were very nice and helpful as well. In addition, Alex in the service department was also very responsive to my service requests. He was very mindful making sure not to dirty my unit before and after the service. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at Core apartment.

My wife and I have been living at Core apartments since 2022. The amenities and the friendliness of the front office are great but the reason we like staying here the most is the outstanding maintenance team here. Alex and the entire team respond almost immediately to any requests and resolves any issues as soon as possible. They are always friendly and treat our home + pets with respect. What sets them apart is their genuine care for the community. They approach every task as if they’re taking care of their own homes. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and thoughtful team. We’re incredibly fortunate to have them during our stay here at CORE!
My husband, our furry babies, and I have been living at Core for almost two years now, and we absolutely love (well, mostly love) this apartment.
We have an amazing leasing agent, Edward, who has been incredibly supportive throughout our move-in process and our lease so far. It’s always been easy to reach out to him.
A special shoutout to the fantastic event coordinators, Kevin and Lauren, who have made every event so fun and exciting! We’ve attended more than 10 events, including chocolate tastings, wine tastings, whiskey tastings, s'mores night, Christmas night, DIY pizza night, and more. We’ve enjoyed every single one of them. They put in a lot of effort to ensure that all the neighbors could enjoy these events seamlessly. We’ve also met other neighbors through these gatherings, many of whom have become our friends! As introverts, we probably wouldn’t have made friends without these events.
We’ve also enjoyed the many amenities. I particularly liked having an Amazon locker inside the building, which made it so much easier to pick up packages without sifting through piles of them. Since I work from home some days, I’ve utilized the office rooms frequently, and they are always well maintained.
This apartment is very pet-friendly, which has its pros and cons, even for dog owners. The neighborhood is great for walking dogs; it’s safe and well-lit even in the middle of the night. There are plenty of pet waste bag stations, which makes it easier to clean up after our dogs. However, there are some irresponsible neighbors who don’t pick up after their pets, which unfortunately means my dogs occasionally step in messes. Additionally, some areas, like the corners of garage walls, can be quite smelly because of this.
Despite a few minor downsides, I would still say that Core is the best apartment I’ve leased!

I lived at CORE Apartments from 2022-2023. I wish I could have stayed, but they raised my rent by 35%, so renter beware. This is the reason for the 4 star rating, as I think that kind of rent raise is unethical.
That being said, the amenities are great and well kept. Really nice gym with good equipment. The complex offers really fun events every month which are a great way to meet your neighbors. Kevin and Lauren, who run the apartment events, were so welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate all they did for me when I first moved in! Events would also oftentimes provide free food and drinks. Apartment life really went above and beyond!!

I have lived at the Core Apartments since its infancy. I was blessed with the opportunity to have Robert as my Leasing Professional recently and I believe I will not meet anyone, personally or professionally, like him again.
The only reason why I am giving Core Apartments at 5/5 is because of Robert. Robert goes above and beyond on my behalf to handle any issues that come up. It is amazing to know that I have Robert behind the scenes working through any minor issues I have. Without saying a word, I selfishly know Robert is already a step or two ahead trying to fix any issues to make my stay here at the Core comfortable.
Robert truly makes this place feel like home in a way I have the sense of security knowing Robert is there to give his 150% to solve any issues that may come up. How amazing is that?

I moved to Core at the beginning of this month and would recommend this complex to anyone. Not only are the updated amenities, cleanliness, and proximity to great events/restaurants/shopping a plus, but the friendliness and kindness exuded by the office staff, specifically Robert, solidified my decision to move here. Robert helped to answer all of my questions in a timely manner, explained the move in process in a way that made sense to me, and ensured that I felt prepared and empowered to start this new chapter. Robert has made this whole experience so easy and pleasant! Make sure to contact Robert for all of your questions about Core!
I have lived here for about 3 years and I can say that I have no complaints whatsoever about the building quality and management team operating core! The staff is so nice and helpful, they are super quick at responding or resolving any issues in the building. Edward in the leasing office is the nicest person and so helpful, I always recommend my neighbors to ask for him regarding anything because he is so helpful and quick to respond and resolve any questions or concerns. The maintenance employees are very nice and helpful. This place is really clean compared to the other surrounding communities. Also the team that hosts the community events really do a great job also. I love that there are always a few community events each month to mingle with our neighbors, my husband and I have met so many great friends at these community events. Lauren & Kevin do a great job at picking the wednesday food trucks that stop by to serve dinner options to our community too. I love that there are always fun mixers to look forward to each month. The entire staff here really do a great job here making it a fun family friendly place to live and overall I would recommend Core to anyone interested in calling this place home!
