Had toasted cheese and tomato with chips X2 there. Expected a WOW factor from a Wimpy!!! Service was slow.
All those ladies dont take their job serious playfullness s5and at the door ans talking with everone who walk pass talk loud to each other infront of customers lady at the till has no smile on her face look like shes upset about something did not feel if i was in a place where they serve food
The food was great however the service wasnt that good. We ddnt even finish with our food and the waiter were told by the manager to ask us if we could settle our bill in cash now, very unprofessional. They ddnt come to check on us ddnt even clear our table. Not impressed.
Must say was very impressed with the service if the staff this morning. Had our free coffees after voting and it was a pleasure enjoying them. Even though it was a freebie, my wife and I was treated like paying customers
I must say this was bad and the burger was hard.how do you let your customers wait a half an hour for they food and the fact that two white coupes came in they got they food in less 6min.

This downscaled Wimpy Bar in Parow shopping center mall made me realize that being overstaffed does not spell efficiency. I was escorted to my seat but waited forever to be served. Breakfast was fantastic, and I want to encourage shoppers to drop in and experience for themselves.
What an Awesome experience. The service was quick friendly an efficient. Food prep serving was perfect. Just to say well done to hands on management and staff, food was served in the best time I have ever experienced.
