Moksh Indian restaurant

Our first experience enjoying a starter platter and some curries at Moksh was wonderful. The chicken curries taste authentically spiced and the naan was warm and perfectly prepared—really the only memorable Northern Indian food we’ve had in Cape Town in 2 years!

Food was amazing! The service was efficient and friendly. Great advice on what to order. The samoosas were fresh and very tasty and not at all oily. The naans were perfect chewy consistency. The butter chicken and other dish I cannot pronounce were spot on with flavours and spices-ness. The take away’s kept calling in so clearly we are not the only ones that think the food is great! My new fav Indian restaurant has been found!

Went to Kenilworth Branch this time. They have seriously reduced the size of the restaurant. It was a Thurs and quite so didn't cause an issue. Seems that the majority of their business is from delivery apps as there was a steady stream of drivers at the front door. Food great as usual.

A hidden gem! Absolutely mouth-wateringly delicious food! Warm, helpful service and guidance from the chef himself made the evening one to remember. We had the Butter Chicken, Chicken Korma, and Peshwari Naan. It would be nice if there was background music to bump up the ambience. We will be back again and again.

Oh wow! What a absolute gem restaurant. I loved their Paneer Butter Masala made to be a little more Spicey just perfect to my heat tolerance. Can't wait to come back here for my once a week Indian food treat. I'm in love with the food. Thank you for taking such good care of me for my dinner for one.

Went pretty late. And I think they closed off the main dining section. Food is authentic and delicious. The portions look small but can easily feed 2 people
. I had the tandoori starter 5/5. Definitely pair with a naan.
Also had a mango lassi which killed the heat 4/5 .
Mains was lamb korma. Absolutely delicious however I felt the cashew nut gravy would be better with chicken. 5/5

Samoosas were so unpleasant! There were unknown red marks all over the Samoosas and it was just too oily. This the first and last time I order from this restaurant.
