Delicious coffee. Friendly barrister owner. And a quiet space to do some work. Definitely recommended. Note that they are relocating to Bree Street soon.
Great coffee. Josh is a good Barista. One can confuse it for an architect office. Try it out if you are a coffee addict like me.
Little cafe tucked into an architecture office.
The coffee shop drew me in and I ended up walking around and learning about the design process this firm uses. Really interesting! I ended up not getting anything from the cafe, so keep that in mind with my 5 star review but was glad I stopped in. The staff was welcoming and the space was unique!

The cafe serves delicious food within an architect studio, bright white ambiance with many architecture related posters and models. Food is made to order and is super fresh, unfortunately it could mean it takes a while to prepare. Don't plan on a quick bite but rather a relaxing 45 min stay.
We went with such high expectations. Our cappuccino did not arrive together . My breakfast arrived and my husbands only when I have finished mine. Only half of the traditional breakfast items… other products was “off” after long weekend, and Huge Cockroach running over floor .
The service is good and the staff are friendly however, the bistro is hidden in a pink neon- lit nightclub called "69", certainly not where you'd expect to find a savoury breakfast atmosphere. The scrambled egg bagle is dead average. Compared to New York Bagles - the gold standard - the bagles are simply tasteless and bland and only R3 cheaper at R35.
Overall, relatively well priced for Bree Street but judging by the relatively few walk-ins it could do better.

Stunning setting, amazing menu and coffee. The smoothies are made with the freshest & healthiest ingredients, and the options are really unique. They have a smoothie option for whatever mood you are in! Beautiful, genuine people who own and run this cafe, and you always feel welcome. The service is friendly and professional at the same time. Would highly recommend this place if you are in & around the cbd area.
