They broke my dip stick, watched it happen on camera and still refuse to take ownership.
Before this incident they stole R300, i asked for 500 worth of fuel received 200 but charged 500.

WOW what fabulous service. Needed gas refill and called. Within 30 minutes the gas refill was delivered to my home with a smile. What fantastic service. Highly recommended and anyone needing gas , use them- you wont be sorry!!
Always a pleasure when visiting. Both fuel pump attendance as well as convenience shop very good service.
Usually good service turned to really bad service tonight when the petrol attendant Lloyd decided to put in way more petrol than what I asked for and then just has a casual sorry. Sasol Parklands I will be staying away as I do not accept bad service and ignoring customers
I was turned away by a petrol attendant on monday 13 May around 1930hrs because i told him just open my tank its a simple twist and turn then he said i dont want to i want you to open or else i will not serve you here. Before i left i asked for the guys name since he had no name tag and he refused he said no name, i dont have a name and i asked the other 2 because they were only 3 there on night duty they also refused to tell me his name.I had to go to another fuel station where they are not rude to customers. If thats how sasol is i will just come and redeem my loyalty points and throw the customer loyalty card in the trash then moveon to where i am treated as a customer not being bullied by attendants whose job is to serve me.
