Towers on the Grove Parking

Parking is across the road from the hotel. It's not bad at all. Plenty of Parking.

The rooms are clean. Don't stay in room 923. The TV never worked The entire time we were there inspite of everything we tried to fix this situation. We were never offered another room. They tried to give us a 50 dollar credit. No dice! My husband and I are older and we do not go out at night. We enjoy watching shows together. Although several people looked at it and said they were trying to resolve the problem, it never was fixed after six days. 🙄 I feel sure they were aware of this problem in the past. We feel blown off by the management.

Rooms are clean and spacious but amenities and activities are lacking. Easy to access the pool and beach, and there are a handful of restaurants within walking distance as well as a good grocery store. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were not well stocked. We were there for 8 days and had to make almost daily trips to the lobby for dishsoap, paper towels, coffee, towels, etc. They need to consider how long people are staying when providing basic needs.

Elevators were super slow and almost always being worked on, which made them slower.

Activities were sparce. Bingo a couple days a week that was over in 15 minutes. Pool parties that are just loud music. Craft day that was putting beads on a bracelet. Website advertises horseback riding, jet skiing, parasailing, mini golf, etc. None of those are provided or available.

Overall if you're looking for a good place to crash that's right on the beach, this is a nice place. If you're looking for a place with things to do, you'll want to look around. What we were told was provided was not accurate so I feel like we went under false pretenses.

Every year on our anniversary, Feb 1, for the past 5 years, we come down here over a long weekend without the kids. This place never fails. comfy clean, yes its cold but that makes the hot tubs ever better. This year will be # 27, I think she is finally liking me, and I hope to be doing this for years to come.

Posting review for the hotel/resort I had an amazing time. The room, pools, and customer service was great! And John from tropical jammers provided great music and made our trip 10 times better!

Great place to vacation!! Room had everything you would need, staff was very friendly, and was a great atmosphere. Lots of food and activities near by also. Only negative thing I would say is I would possibly suggest a “lifeguard” or security at the pool .. as much as I love children and work in a childcare center, there were LOTS of little ones being unsupervised and quit honestly just reckless just not aware of others around them.. Multiple times I was cannonballed by children and I even had a child come up to me in the lazy River and grab the tube I was INSIDE of and say “give me your tube”. On a positive note this was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our time. We traveled from Indiana and was worth the travel!(:

Great experience, Very helpful staff, beautiful beach front. Walking distance from just about anything you need.
