My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Honda Pilot and a Passport, and I must say, the entire experience at Honda Space Coast was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped out of our previous cars we were greeted by Jake (who waited for us patiently after a long conversation with my husband haha) with professionalism and genuine hospitality. The entire team from sales to Finance (shout out to Darius as well). were knowledgeable, attentive, and never once did we felt pressured or rushed into making a decision (which to me was brownie points).

Special shout-out to Jacob from sales and Darius from Finance again. They were incredibly patient and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Whether it was answering our countless questions or walking us through the various features of the car, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed every step of the way.

The dealership itself is spotless, it even has a play area for toddlers, and the atmosphere is welcoming, making the entire car-buying process stress-free and enjoyable. The finance department was transparent, efficient, and made sure I understood every detail of my purchase.

I highly recommend Honda Space Coast to anyone in the market for a new or used Honda vehicle. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, beyond expected and I couldn’t be happier with my new Honda. We are definitely be returning for future purchases and service!

My wife and I were looking for a 2025 Honda Pilot and a 2025 Honda Passport. Jake was super responsive to my inquiry and letting me know that they had the vehicles we were looking for in transport. We looked at the vehicles the same day and put down our deposits. Jake was attentive, professional, and personable with listening to what we were looking for.

The entire experience was painless and hassle-free unlike most other Honda dealerships. Jake and the rest of the staff took the time to listen and weren’t pushing anything we didn’t want or weren’t looking for.

There is a reason they exceed in customer service and customer satisfaction. Space Coast Honda definitely earned our business and made us repeat customers. My wife and I already set up any future maintenance and purchases of Honda accessories for our vehicles with Space Coast Honda, even if it means going out of our way and passing other Honda dealerships. That speaks volumes of their customer service and of our experience.

Great communication from Jacob prior to our visit. Initially was planning to buy a used vehicle from Space Coast Honda but after some consideration and only a few thousand more, I decided to go with a new ‘25 Civic Sport. Jacob provided great customer service and did not pressure us into any extras. Finance Dept looked out for us too for the best rate. With Tier 1 score, we qualified for Honda Financing best rate but he gave us information on going with a local credit union at an even lower rate than Honda.

I've purchased 3 Pilots from Space Coast Honda over the last 10 years and will never go anywhere else.
