Cashier von was rude and disrespectful. Although I waited patiently at that consultation window for the pharmacist he refused to allow me to ask the pharmacist additional questions about my medication. He stated the pharmacist was too busy and that he was a fill in and didn’t have time to consult with me.

Worst cashiers very rude. I made a purchase with a friend that went with me. Decided to leave the 2 products I didn’t really need. And told the cashier I wasn’t going to buy them. And she threw them to the trash can and had a rude attitude this is unacceptable if they don’t want to work please make sure they don’t because there is no need for their behavior.

I love this pharmacy, the staff is so warm and kindly. I’ve had occasional disinterested ones, but now we’ve been going for awhile the pharm techs know our names and staff are warm and often tell us “have a blessed day” or something nice as we leave. Our RXs are there when we go and the store is clean with good parking. I actually enjoy going which is not my usual feeling about a pharmacy!

This is legitimately the worst pharmacy I’ve ever interacted with. They have never once had my prescription ready on time. Prescriptions remain “in process” for weeks at a time. Sometimes I call to try to speed up the filling process and they’ll say the prescription will be ready in an hour, but it never is. They are also frequently out of medications. I’d recommend driving further for a different pharmacy. You’ll end up saving time in the long run.

I have never hated a pharmacy so much in my life. They do not answer the phone. I have been trying to reach them for 3 days. I have been on hold for like an hour now. The absolute worst! I will definitely tell my Dr to send my prescriptions anywhere but here from here on out 😡

Worst pharmacy experience. Not just one time I have been to this pharmacy 4 times and two terrible experiences. First time I went to get my prescription filled and it was being sent from another CVS the pharmacist said she could not fill it that day because the other pharmacy was not going to send it until tomorrow. She called the other pharmacy and kept saying your not going to send it until tomorrow right. I could hear he saying it. I knew the techs at the pharmacy where my prescription was coming from I called them they said Walgreens should have it in about 5 minutes and the pharmacist at Walgreens still made me wait to come back the next day because she did not want to fill it. The next experience was they put a sign in the drive through that said no pharmacist was onsite and no prescriptions could be dispensed. LIE!!! The pharmacist was there they just did not want to tend to the drive through window and instead of putting a sign that said come inside to pick up or drop off prescriptions they gave false information. This could have lead to me not having my prescription had I believed their sign and drove away instead I went inside and discovered the truth. If I could give them a 0 star I would!!!!

The gentleman cashier I believe to be Latino was simply not nice. He will let you stand and wait and then when he does come there's no hello no smile just a monotone rude attitude.I watched him do it to everyone after me. The senior citizen lady was waiting at the register next to his and he just stood at his register didn't call her over say ma'am...nothing. finally, she said are you trying to imply that I should come over there? He replied I'm standing here. Which hit a nerve with me...she then said "say something". I was happy she stood up for herself. I also had to inform another customer to move over to "his" register and to move up so he would be able to see her and not continue to ignore her. I don't know what is with him and honestly I don't care. We can get our items elsewhere so remember your customers. Treat us better. This was my very first time ever shopping at Walgreens and I am very sure that unless it's the only one still standing and there is honestly no other option I 100% will not be patronizing that location and I'm seriously questioning to even choose to shop at Walgreens at all after this. What a huge disappointment.
