Mount Victor Olde Towne Luxury Apartments

I have lived here for going on three years and I LOVE it so much. It is such a community feeling. I moved here fresh out of a relationship and I was welcomed with open arms. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Taylor and Brooke- who work in the office- are like family. They treat their residents as their own family.

We have had the best experience moving into the apartment! The girls in the office are so helpful with any questions we have had and setting everything up along the way. Thank you for the best move in experience!

My fiancé and I recently made a big move from Texas and urgently needed to find a new home. We discovered these top-rated apartments, and the staff quickly showed us why they're so highly regarded! They were incredibly responsive over the phone and via email, and very accommodating.

The outside of the apartments are very well kept up with, including the hallways!

This place smells like wet dog.

Neighbors above you stomp and drop heavy items (i.e. IMPACT NOISE) on the floors all day long. UPDATE: There is no sound proofing. Telling people there's sound proofing is probably why they stomp and drop heavy items all day long. Also, when light fixtures shake and rattle then you know it's very bad. I will update this review with a video as I see I can attach them.

Electricity keeps going out. UPDATE: This is LIKELY DUE to the new construction. The last time power went out was around 8:30 AM on 4/2/2024. Folks, if you're not up during an outage then you won't realize it. However, if you wake up and the time on your stove and microwave is blinking then YOUR ELECTRICITY WENT OUT.

Dog hair is everywhere outside of your door. UPDATE: Breezeways ARE NOT blown out weekly. It used to be but no longer, especially if you live on the second or third floor.

Great Place to live. Best apartment in town. You will enjoy the perks like gym, pool, and grilling area. Great environment and good neighborhood.

Since making my new home at Olde Towne, three months ago, I can confidently say that I have never had the pleasure of living in such an incredible place! Olde Towne is perfectly located in Bowling Green, just ten minutes away from all the hustle and excitement of downtown and uptown, but just enough out of the way for a sense of peace and tranquility when coming home. The complex is beautiful, with a pool that is now open year-around, a fireplace and outdoor venue, and scenic farm pastures. Every staff person I have met has been incredibly kind, generous, and supportive! I have never met a group of people who cared more about their residents and their community! Olde Towne hosts events and celebrations almost every month, even more depending on the season, ranging from Pool Parties to Decorating Contests and Giveaways to even Artistic Celebrations! The apartments themselves are well maintained, with beautiful flooring, high ceilings, washer and dryer hookups and rentals, as well as strong insulation that keeps the energy bill super low! I love the space of my kitchen, all the storage areas, and it is such a blessing to be able to even rent a garage! The neighboring residents are wonderful, and everyone is polite and willing to lend a hand if you need! Safety has been no issue, and in case of emergencies, Olde Towne is right next to an Urgent Care Center, numerous medical facilities, and right across the street is the Lover’s Lane Fire Station. At Olde Towne, you are in good hands, and can build a home and new friendships that will last a lifetime! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
