Outstanding Service from Brittany and Luke!
I just had my Culligan system installed yesterday, and while I haven’t had the chance to fully use it yet, I wanted to take a moment to rave about the incredible service I received from two of your employees.
First, Brittany—what an amazing person! She was the first to come out and do all the water testing, guiding me through the process without any pressure. Brittany was patient, informative, and kept in constant communication, making me feel like I was in good hands from the start. Her personable approach turned what could have been a standard business interaction into a truly enjoyable experience. To top it all off, she even stopped by during the installation just to ensure everything was going smoothly. Talk about above and beyond!
Then there’s Luke—an absolute gem! He was professional, kind, and incredibly thorough, making sure the job was done perfectly. It felt like he was a natural part of our household. Luke took the time to walk me through every detail, and even engaged my 11-year-old son, letting him watch and learn while he worked. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience feel personalized and comfortable.
Now, I have gained two new friends during this entire process! Both Brittany and Luke exemplify outstanding customer service. They made the installation process a joy, and honestly, at this point, I’m less concerned about the system itself (though I’m sure it will be great) and more impressed with the exceptional people behind it.
Culligan, do yourself a favor and give these two a raise—they absolutely deserve it!

Culligan installed the water softening system for us back in 2020. Everything seems to be working fine until January 2024, we found out that the drain line of the water softening system in fact has been dumping thousands of gallons of salt water into our radon pipe and pit, which is not a real drain. Culligan sent a tech to check on it, but since then no concrete solution has been provided, and our water system has not been working for 9 months now. We have called many times, and it’s extremely difficult to reach the right person to get this resolved. When we did reach someone who can speak to this, the reactions were:
1) “We have been using the system for 4 years so no refund or compensation can be issued”(Culligan’s tech did it wrong to begin with, or even worse, trying to deceive us rather than informing us that our house is not built for a system like theirs)
2) “The tech that originally installed the system doesn’t work at the company anymore” (regardless of who installed it, they represent Culligan and Culligan should be responsible for their service and correcting mistakes)
3) “Maybe the drain line wasn’t labeled radon when Culligan installed the system” (completely false assumption, the pipe was clearly labeled radon from the very beginning and regardless of the label, it’s not a real drain anyway)
As of this week we contacted Culligan again, we need to wait for another month and a half until someone can come out to our house. Culligan betrayed our trust that a reputable company will adhere to high standards of workmanship and properly install their systems. Instead, we have a system that we paid a lot of $$$ for that has not been functioning this year, and as a result there’s potential damage to our pipes due to iron and mineral buildup. Furthermore, what’s even worse is that foundation of the house might be damaged already due to all the salt water that has been pumped under the basement, which could cost much more than the system itself. We are extremely disappointed about the situation and would not recommend this service to anyone if this doesn’t get resolved.

I’ve been satisfied with my system installation and the quality of my water. Culligan has been excellent with customer care and technician support. Happy 3 years invested.

They asked for feedback so here it is. Technician had almost no knowledge of the system to share answers to some basic questions. These systems aren’t that complicated but I wanted to know a few things like interval capacity between back washes, amount of salt per back wash and filter service interval and that couldn’t be answered. The guy they sent was here to do all of that. Charged me $176 didn’t collect payment when he left then mail me a bill charging me $5 for mailing a bill. I got that credited but really $5 for a mailed bill?
Maybe mine was an anomaly but I would expect more for a service call at $176. My HVAC Tech answered more on it than the manufacturer did.

Excellent service. The technician arrived at the agreed time. He was friendly, efficient, professional & knowledgeable. I highly recommend Culligan of Maryland

My brine tank was not working properly and everything, including me seemed to be covered in rust. Fortunately, the Annapolis Culligan office was able to give me an appointment very quickly. They sent a tech who really represents Culligan well. He was professional and pleasant.
He explained everything step by step. He anticipated answered all my questions. I was so impressed with his professional acumen. Kudos for excellent trustworthy service.

Culligan is the BEST! We have been a customer since 2011. The techs are always efficient and very friendly. They do a great job at telling me what they will do and how much it will cost, BEFORE they begin the work. I HIGHLY recommend Culligan!!
