Water taste great, delivery on time, all the time!!

We’ve been a long time customer of this local company and the water is excellent tasting and a good value when compared to national brands.. it’s even cheaper if you pick it up in
person.

As a loyal customer since 2011, without any complaints one would have thought a resolution to an issue would have been easy.
Our most recent delivery day was moved from Friday to Saturday, fine. We brought our 5gal jugs in. Several days later, I noticed a puddle of water on the floor: lo and behold, I notice one of the jugs has leaked about 1/4 onto my HARDWOOD FLOOR. ADDING INSULT TO INJURY: it’s clearly written in sharpie (most likely by a previous customer) “Broken”.
Unfortunately I hadn’t noticed it when I brought it in. 4 days later, I’m glad I did though! The initial pickup of the empty, the “sanitization process” and then my delivery driver - NOBODY noticed this?
I called today to notify them of the situation and to ask for 1 replacement jug to be dropped off, on the appointed delivery day to my town, the woman that answered agreed… until she called my husband back to say they wouldn’t deliver “just 1 bottle” without an order placed.
WHAT? “There will be a credit for your next order.” Absolutely unacceptable. Reading the other review here with the same situation, I’m disappointed that this company clearly does NOT care.
I’ve recommended your company to MANY people over the last 12 years, not anymore.

Update: a year later and continue to love their service. Not one missed delivery and quality exactly as good as my first delivery. Please don't ever go away ❤️😭
After nightmarish experiences with Poland Spring/Nestlé, it's been absolutely refreshing to deal with a competent bottled-water supplier. Diamond Rock has been amazing. Deliveries arrive on schedule, ordering is straightforward, and pricing is competitive; but most importantly, the water tastes crisp and clean. Thank you for providing this service in our area! If quality and service remain steady, I look forward to ordering from you all for a very long time.

We've been getting our spring water from this place for years. For a long time we picked it up, and now we have it delivered. We've never had a problem and the water is delicious. Prices are pretty reasonable. The people are nice too!

Great company, their water tastes crisp and clean. Almost everyone there is very friendly. I tell everyone I know to switch their water company to Diamond Rock. I’m giving five stars because they deserve it 100%, however I have one criticism that should be addressed. I received voicemails from their bookkeeper Rosemary after my credit card declined. She called me a few times but since my job makes it hard to call during the day I was unable to return her call.
I was five days past due and her last voicemail had such an unprofessional tone that I considered discontinuing service.
Covid has caused a strain on my job so sometimes my checking account is quite low, causing me to pay a few days late. I didn’t think the tone she took was warranted, especially for a $16 balance.
