Vivial's customer service has gone down the drain after their merger with Thryv. I scheduled a call with my account rep (Ashley) after 3 months of not hearing back from them. She did not show up on the call and still hasn't replied to my voicemail or email after 48 hours. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Check the BBB and look at all the complaints. They will make a great presentation to you with the statistic as if they know how to help your business but the only marketing that they know how to do is to convince you to sign a contract. I was like you maybe I should give it a shot. I read the BBB reports and turned them down many times but the sales guy lied and told me they just help a customer just like me and of course it was a lie. Ask yourself, if they know how to market why are they so aggressive at getting you as a new customer? Shouldn't they be helping there current customers stay successful? No, they need new money coming in the replace all of the dissatisfied customers convince to sign a contract. Use common sense, If someone is helping you make money you would be knocking there door down not the other way around. If this has saved someone lose from losing money, Good! if not you were warned!
P.S. I have text messages from the salesman to prove my accusations.

Jeret Adair and Todd helped me out two years with my business and I still have products with Vivial today. They were wonderful to work with, they implemented several tools within my business to increase my customer base and revenue. My experience with Vivial Marketing has exceeded my expectations. As a business owner I am the biggest skeptical of all the online marketing companies due to past experiences not producing as sold. However, I have had the best experience with Garett. He came out to my business and explained how their platform works. Like I said I was a skeptic so I said I needed to sleep on it. He called me back a few weeks later to check if I'd made a decision, we talked some more over the phone. He took more time to explain and go over in depth and more details. He made feel comfortable without being pushy so I decided it can't hurt to try. I can say I have been extremely satisfied with their knowledge and the content they provide. I have a wonderful team (Jackie, Christine, Jansen and more behind the scene) that works on my account and a dashboard to login and see the results. We have monthly meetings to go over the results and evaluate content and key words and adjust if necessary. I chose Vivial because they are local to my area and do not sub out their work overseas. I have used other companies who treat you like a number. Once they take your money it is like they forgot about you and your advertising. Garett has not forgotten about me and stays in touch making sure I am happy with my results. I am happy because there is result!. In the past I would be dreading a payment for advertising now I am excited about that payment. I could go on and on about my experience but one thing I can say is you won't know until you try for yourself. I had to share for others out there who have also been in my position. I hope review will help the others out there who are on the fence on what to do and who to trust. Good luck! -J

I was so impressed by the marketing rep Rodney. He was so efficient in explaining to me how Vivial marketing could help my business grow. He went over all of the benefits and was very patient in opening my eyes to the increased opportunities of having the right marketing tools. Unfortunately, I am not able to sign up right now but believe that I will save up till I can sign up with Vivial. Vivial made an excellent choice by having Rodney on their team he is a definite asset to the company and the community...

After a bit more than a year working alongside Vivial and our assigned Digital Marketing Team, I have nothing but great things to say. Our assigned team has been responsive, professional, and attentive to our needs/requests. With my experience thus far I would recommend Vivial to any small business looking to expand digital marketing & social media marketing efforts.
