I recently visited The Spa at The Whitley Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The facility itself is clean, relaxing, and quaint, creating an atmosphere that feels personalized for a small number of guests, which added to the exclusivity and tranquility of my visit.
The standout aspect of my experience was the outstanding customer service provided by Jade. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure that every detail of my visit was perfect. Her warm and professional demeanor truly set the tone for a wonderful masssage.
Moreover, I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Anichia, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Her technique was impeccable, and she intuitively knew how to address all my tension points. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed.
Overall, The Spa at The Whitley Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the exceptional service provided by Jade to the incredible massage by Anichia, and the serene, well-maintained lounge are and locker room, it was an unforgettable experience. I visited The Spa at The Whitley Hotel (4/2024) for a much-needed massage, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The spa's ambiance is incredibly relaxing, with a beautifully designed interior that immediately sets a tranquil tone. The staff at the reception were welcoming and pleasant.
Special mention goes to Tanya who is truly exceptional! Her energy, skill, and attention to detail made my massage amazing. She took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, ensuring that the massage was tailored perfectly to relieve my tension and stress. The quality of the massage was outstanding, and I left feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed.
However, there was one minor issue with my appointment start and end time. I booked via Resort Pass and was not a hotel guest, so I did not have access to move freely between the pool area floor and the spa’s floor. Either hotel or spa staff has to escort you from floor to floor. I started my day at the pool before my massage. I left the pool with more than enough time to get to my spa appointment but when I called the spa and hotel’s front desk, to be escorted back to the spa’s floor, no one answered. I called both multiple. While waiting at the elevator for a while, a spa staff member showed up because they were escorting another client to the pool area. They took me up to the spa with them. Due to the spa/hotel’s process of getting clients to the treatment floor, my massage started later than the scheduled time but ended at the scheduled time. It was really disappointing to not have my full 50 min massage. While the waiting area is comfortable and serene, I was looking forward to starting my session promptly. It would be great if the spa could streamline this process to ensure timely starts for appointments.
Overall, I highly recommend The Spa at The Whitley Hotel for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in a bit of pampering. The massage therapists are truly skilled, and the serene environment makes it a perfect escape from the daily grind. I will be returning for more treatments in the future, and I hope to see the scheduling process improved for an even better experience.

Was told multiple times (more than 3) over the phone that the property had bottomless champagne/mimosas for groups. After a few drinks (about 2-3 each) they said we couldn’t have anymore. On top of that they rushed us for services. One friend got a facial and after asking for a few minutes to cool down from the service she was told no and had to leave immediately. Not even 3 mins? They were also rude to my sister and rushing her for her massage on her birthday. Besides rude staff and inconvenient drink service, it was fine. Wouldn’t go again unless they trained their staff because it left a sour taste. 2 stars are for the sauna, jacuzzi and few drinks we got.
My first massage ever and it was fantastic. I felt so welcome and relaxed the entire time. Adomya was so personable and really made sure I got the best experience possible. Sarah was my massage therapist and she did a fantastic job - I left feeling 10/10 relaxed and comfortable. Strongly recommend this spa.
I visited The Spa at The Whitley to celebrate my best friend's engagement. We thought we would join for just a couple hours for massages and ended up spending the entire day at the property! From 11:30 am until 6:30 pm we were pampered beautifully. The onsite restaurant, indoor pool, and quiet spaces in The Spa were all perfect.
To make the experience even better, Adomya, the front desk receptionist, made sure we had everything we needed to have the most relaxing day. From endless champagne to a rubber band for my hair, she truly went above and beyond to meet our needs.
I'm based in Atlanta and can't wait to add visiting The Spa at The Whitley to my monthly self care. I'm so grateful for their amazing service!
