First time going here. Plenty of parking and it’s free. It’s a nice water park. We all loved it. Loved the indoor pool. Water wasn’t too cold vs other water park places. Loved that they had several showers. Not much wait for the water slides. Even though it was somewhat packed it didn’t feel like that because of the several sections they have. Definitely will go again next summer. Reason why I only gave it 4 stars is that the bathrooms weren’t as clean and some have ran out of toilet paper. Also the portions of the food were very small compared to other water parks portions.

It’s pretty small place for the water park part. Not too much fun for little kids. The lifeguards are not responsible if other kids hit your girls/boys by using water toy!!! We complained but they did nothing. Keep an eye on your little ones when they are playing.
The restroom and change rooms are clean.

Our first time there today and I would rate it a 3.5/5 (rounding up to 4 because there were more positives than negatives).
Pros:
-Reasonably priced for all the water areas you get access to. It was $19/adult (non residents) and our daughter was 40 inches tall so it was the same for her.
-Indoor AND outdoor options so you can stay out of the sun if you want to
-Food is reasonably priced
-It was surprisingly clean
Cons:
-It took 40 minutes of standing in line in the sun to be able to order food. That was pretty brutal. It would be great if they could find a way to make that a more efficient system. You can't bring in your own food, so you're at the mercy of those lines when your kids or you get hangry. Food itself was meh.
-I didn't see a lot of life guards for the number of people that were there. That's a bit worrisome.
-This is technically not a fault of the business, but the patrons were awful. Soooo many rude families with full grown adults and older kids/teens breaking the pool rules and being way too rambunctious around the little kids. Someone jumped right on top of me and hurt me pretty badly. Didn't even say sorry. I was kicked and splashed in the face more times than I could count. The lifeguards were so busy yelling at the unruly people that they really couldn't keep a good eye on the pool to make sure nobody was, you know, drowning.
All in all, I did enjoy myself and my 4 year old had a blast but the more crowded it became, the more intolerable it became. I would advise going early and probably not going on a weekend.

July 9 which was a Sunday, we had rented two private cabanas for our party of 10 and purchased water tickets. The total price was $416 and we (ahead of time) rented the cabanas in may of 2023. The cabanas had already started getting reserved in may so I panicked and got them then.
The park was super clean and had a good crowd. Everyone was polite, nice and smiled when you walked by. The only exception was like 5 rowdy teenagers in the adult pool who kept splashing everyone. When I went by them I screamed “DONT SPLASH ME THANK YOU” and they started laughing but didn’t splash me. Oh to be the hell-on-wheels age of 13 again. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 besides that we loved the facilities, slides and pools. The water in ALL POOLS were almost like bath water. The day was a brisk 63 degrees with the fog threatening to roll over every second, but every single pool was as warm as could be. The cleanest, nicest pool was the 7 foot diving pool (can’t dive) and we enjoyed swimming around for several hours while our kids were off with their uncle doing water slides.
The bathrooms were fairly clean and numerous. At 5pm when we decided to leave I went into the 8 showers and only 3 of them were being used. (The park closes at 6pm) I loved how MANY LOUNGERS, Adirondack chairs and umbrellas there were. If you’re worried you won’t get a place to sit, DONT! A busy Sunday and there were still PLENTY of places to sit and enjoy even in the shade. The chairs were all clean and sturdy.
The only reason I took off a star from The Wave was this: I guess their snack bar was brought over by a nicer company (then prior) and they touted you could get better snacks and drinks.
The prices weren’t astronomical - burgers $8-$10, nachos and veggies/hummus $5, drinks $3-4…. But they were VERY PLAIN and very boring. The nachos were maybe 10 stale round chips with freezing cold canned nacho cheese (that’s it), hummus and veggies were 4 carrot sticks and 5 celery sticks in a ziplock with a small lunchbox sabra hummus container, the burgers were about the size of McDonald’s small ones and came with a ziplock of lettuce, tomatoes and a pickle. Overall for the price I know you’re thinking : what do you expect? But it was all soooo cold and mediocre, I don’t know. Lol
The last comment I want to say was the place opened at 11am and we got there at 1230. The first pool we went into was the indoor Natatorium. It had only been open an hour and half at that point. There were HUGE CHUNKS of black hair floating EVERYWHERE. Like someone lost their whole head of hair in the pool that morning. We kept having to dodge them to swim, lol. But the other pools were very clean. Besides that, that’s the only 🤮 thing we saw on a busy Sunday. It was 95% clean.
Would definitely go back here , for a fun day, a birthday party or any other time. Wish we could bring our own snacks in 😰

I was here for a private event, the place seems like a community center where you can conduct events, and they have a swimming pool and kids and parents were around there. The staff is friendly and they are very punctual about their timing as for events, the start and closing time. It was good to know that there's something like this in Dublin.

The facility itself is nice and my kids enjoyed themselves. The slide seams could be better. The loungers were filthy upon arrival and honestly not worth it. They could at least sweep or wipe them off. We got two sets and wish we hadn’t.

The Wave’ is host to six (yes SIX) exciting outdoor water slides. The ‘splash zone’ is an interactive area with sprayers, nozzles, water jets, and its own designated slides for younger patrons not ready for the larger towers. The outdoor sports pool is designed for team practices and individual athletic training. It offers eight 25-yard competition lanes that are seven feet deep and three 25-yard warm-up lanes at four feet deep.
The centre runs extensive water education programs, which all take place in the ‘Natatorium’ – the indoor pool heated to a comfortable 82-84 degrees all year round. The Natatorium itself has six swimming lanes of 25-yards each, three instructional bays, and lots of stairways, including a ramp to cater for all abilities. There are also shaded outdoor areas for rental to groups, and of course, locker facilities to secure your personal items while you enjoy your time in the water.
