We came because it a micro brewery and enjoyed a couple of pints of Trail blazer. Both Nicola and Brad were welcoming giving good customer service.

Feedback on the app doesn’t allow for just drinkers

Visited with the family. We had the full English breakfast which was decent. As you would expect for an airport, it's quite expensive for food and drinks.

Ordered the Eggs Benedict, presentable enough but the eggs weren’t even runny and it tasted of pure vinegar. Drinks took a long time to come over.

Food was pretty good but the service & staff really let this place down. They are polite enough but miserable, slow & lazy. Tables weren't getting cleared. I timed it & almost 30 minutes passed & then they just moved it somewhere else with other tables dirties (see pic). It was busy but staff members often walk past dirty tables talking at a leisurely pace. If I was the manger, I'd be fuming

Only restaurant open on the night I came strangely enough (but possibly because only 1 flight due to fly from terminal 2 tonight)

Greeted by friendly staff Vaisiri who provided the menu and explained options to order/pay. Offered the black pudding mac & cheese which came with a side salad, which did the job. Elderflower G&T was refreshing. Price is as expected at the airport (aka not cheap)

Decent restraunt if you want a quick bite to eat before getting on your flight. It's expensive, as you should expect, being in an airport - but the quality of food was fantastic in my experience. The table wasn't cleaned upon seating which was a little disappointing but the situation wasn't dire either. Our waitress Aiesha was absolutely wonderful, her optimistic service was a highlight of the experience. I enjoyed my food, which was served promptly without issue, and so did my guests.

I visited this restaurant in a rush before catching a flight, drawn in by their promise of "meals in 10 minutes." With my last bit of cash, I placed an order. What should have been a quick meal turned into a 35-minute wait. Despite repeatedly asking about my food, the staff just brushed me off, saying it would "only be a few more minutes."

By the time my food finally arrived, I was already late. I missed my flight. Worse, my wife, already suspicious, now thinks I was lying about my whereabouts and accuses me of cheating. This restaurant has not only ruined my meal but put my entire relationship in jeopardy. All because they couldn’t deliver on their own promise.

I will never come back here again. If you're in a rush or value your time, avoid this place at all costs.

The smoky chicken Caesar salad tasted awful as well.
