The attitude of these workers is the worst. We bought tickets and got into line. The board said the AS east was arriving so everyone went up to the gate. Then the boat arrives, doesn’t say where it’s going and the girl starts scanning tickets. She scans ours before someone else yells Wall Street which we were like uhhh what, that’s the wrong way. We tell her and she literally told us “move aside” meanly and then we waited for the next boat. Turns out because she scanned our ticket, it wasn’t able to be used anymore and we lost $8 and lost our pair in line, the person on the east boat wasn’t helpful and told us to “get out of line, next. What horrible service
