The Richmond Arms

Nice atmosphere and seems to be well frequented by the locals which is always a good sign. Visited on a Monday so there was a Pizza van in the car park. We ordered at the van then went in the pub to get drinks and a table. Pizza brought to our table, excellent and probably the best I’ve ever had. Great idea when the main chef has a night off.

I never write reviews but this time I thought I really should . We had a wonderful evening extremely good service and delicious food ! We will definitely be returning. Thank you

Great gastropub with good selection of ales as well as good. Very popular- book ahead on Goodwood event weekends. Difficult to get a room at those times!

Amazing food, location, comfort and service. We and the dogs were made to feel welcome (top notch doggy treats!) from the outset and the dining far surpassed our expectations. Absolutely first class. We’ll be back!

Amazing food! Great sized portions and not too fussy, but ranks up there alongside fine dining restaurants. Every course from starter to dessert was great - highly recommended and we'll be back!

Visited for lunch after short cycle from Concierge Camping. The bicycle rack was not suitable for securing our bikes, however we were able to secure to fencing.
We received a warm welcome on entry and were advised we could sit in bar or restaurant. We chose to sit in the restaurant.
We chose the Beef Sandwich. Very tasty and reasonably priced for a freshly prepared meal.

Would recommend.

Great food as usual with a new menu
Went for 2 starters instead of mains which meant we had fantastic variety and tarte tatin for desert - what not to like
Friendly and attentive service
Nice walk past the millpond afterwards
