The staff called em she has blonde hair her professionalism is appalling and her actions of performance serving is rude but the lady with green hair Kory she very smiling has a positive appearance.
The place is very dirty, untidy and there are some flies inside. The smell inside is terrible. Smells like rubbish. Close to the train station but the place is DIRTY! We went there today (9 Sept. 2023 around 6pm) stayed there for a couple of minutes waiting for our train to arrive. Coffee is not so good as well unlike other starbucks.
I came here twice in the space of a few weeks and every time the place was filthy. 2 people working behind the bar and it’s not like it was extremely busy so they didn’t have time to clean the tables, coffee marks and crumbs both times I came here on every table. I also think staff should be careful with what they discuss between them when they’re serving people.
The guy that server me wasn't very friendly, cold anf not outgoing. A smile doesn't hurt. I know what Good customer service and the standard was nowhere near satisfactory. Management need to train some of their staff on customer service skills and people skills. The guy should not have Bren working there if he can't focus on making the customer experience nice and positive.
Stopped in mid train journey and staff there were brilliantly helpful in answering allergen questions for one of the new spring drinks where I couldn't find the allergen information online and making sure I still made my train. Service was quick and friendly and I couldn't recommend this starbucks more for its customer service.
Toby was a star this evening, recommended additional syrup & toppings. Great customer service & even better coffee
Popped in here today for a much needed cuppa with family. Convenient from the train station. The lady that served us was lovely. Happy and cheerful, service with a smile. Had a bit of a wait, but didn't mind as they were busy. Spotlessly clean inside shop but toilets need more checks for cleanliness. They obviously get used loads. No window. Could do with air fresheners and change of air. That aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our coffee and refreshments.
