The playground is subpar at best. It is small but tall, and if your young one isn't comfortable with climbing nets, it is no good for them. There is not a single toilet here, so when we went for a kids' birthday party, I had to get my daughter to squat in a bush. The only good part about this place is that there is a huge grassed area for them to burn off some energy.

Rod the land agent is very helpful and understanding our needs and want and guided me through the process. Just settled land and ready to built soon .

A real Aussie bushland park with enough grass and playground facilities next to BBQs to host picnics and parties.

Only 4 star review today because shade sail was missing from above the playground when it's been summer for a few weeks.

Great little park. We had a family picnic there and it was great. Playground for the little ones, and room for a little backyard cricket or to kick a ball around. Plenty of shaded tables and seating next to a double BBQ. The only problem was when the wind was coming from behind the bin it was a little stinky. Also there are no public toilets nearby.

The family is very excited about building our dream home in Vivente. Richard Noble have produced a beautiful estate and we can't wait to move in.

It is no secret that the housing industry is doing it tough at the moment and the banks have been more than a handful (throw in Covid 19 too), however, Richard Noble were very understanding and patient with us the whole way through and were a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't fault them.

Best parks and landscaping, not just swings and mulch on verges. Clearly a higher standard than other projects in the area. Plus, you can walk to the Hammond Park Secondary College.

A really nice community park.

BBQs, bins, a great gazebo with plenty of shade, and a large and diverse playground for the little ones.
A boardwalk leads through sculpted parklands to the Hammond Park Climb for those seeking a little physical exertion.

Definitely worth a visit with family and friends.
