I visited here tonight to celebrate birthdays with my October borne colleagues. The food here is delicious! The service is excellent & the staff are both attentive & professional. We also ❤️ the birthday display that came out with the addition of longevity buns! We have a wonderful & enjoyable dinner!

Came with high expectations of hairy crab but was very disappointed with the dry and bland taste. It was nothing compared to the last time I had it in Hong Kong. That was a 10 and this was a 1 rating. The set menu was nothing rave about and the only good thing I have to say is the service. The staff had took great effort to disassemble the crab.

Very crowded even past the lunch hour, good food, good environment. I like their Cheong Fun and porridge, anyway, they offer variety of food that I haven’t tried, would love to come back for more.

I have been dining at Crystal Jade Palace for several years, and this is my first time sending a review. The food is always incredibly delicious, and the staff is excellent at accommodating off-the-menu requests.

The staff are professional and always add a personal touch to our dining experience.

Special kudos to Manager Derrek Chew for leading such a wonderful team.

Derrek is consistently thoughtful and attentive, always remembering our likes and dislikes.

Recently, my wife and I celebrated my birthday on June 8, 2024, and Derrek curated a perfect "omakase" style menu for us. Chef Wong's specially prepared dishes were absolutely delicious!
