Horrible experience at this shop
Me and my friend entered the shop looking for toys and found and interactive toy and tried it out but somebody bumped into me and I lost my grip letting the toy slip
The toy landed smoothly on the floor with no damages as the shape of the toy was like a table all made from plastic
But the shop lady came up behind us and told us that we had to pay for the damages of the toy as stated "once broken considered sold " pointing to the surface of the toy that was facing upwards with a crack but me and my friend knew that it was not us who had done it as it had not landed on that surface. Even after explaining this to the lady she was stubborn and would not listen to us repeating to us that we had broken it and told us that since it is damaged now " nobody would buy it " meaning that we had to purchase it and not letting us out of the shop unless we had paid for the item she would not listen to us even after explaining to her countless times
The shop lady was just trying to get rid of the toy to push the blame to us and get us to buy it because it had already been damaged and nobody would buy it
even though we were not at fault
We ended up giving in as she was stubborn and did not want to blow things up any further

Please do not buy from this shop horrible experience ruined my day do not recommend shop lady is stubborn has a bad attitude is rude and annoying
$11.90 wasted

It is a good place for kids

Tried exchanging an item bought 5 mins ago. Rude staff immediately responded rudely “our items cannot be exchange”. Also said “ i didnt force you to buy”.

However receipt stated exchange is allowed. Receipt not even showing the correct shop name and address. (See photo for receipt).

Please becareful of this shop.
