Ang sungit ng mataba nyong cashier ang aga aga tapos ganun attitude nya.. problema nya? Tapos dun sa kasunod namin todo ngiti.. eh mas marami p nga pinamili namin dun sa kasunod namin.. puro n lng problema ang cashier nyo puro may attitude kung ayaw nyo magserve ng ayos mag resign kayo. I would not recommend this place , zero customer service. Most of cashiers are arrogant if you ask something they don't even answer in a nice way and making face never go back to this place ,

This place deserves below zero rating. First of all cashiers are so unprofessional & unpleasant, rude & lack or professionalism. I gave them bigger cash for my bill she simply refuse no change I asked her check with your team or other cashier or manager she just canceled my sales & stared to attend next client & I’m standing there like nothing. I was so pissed & frustrated it’s literally outside 44 degrees temperature & I walked to come here to buy some things & they treated their customer like that so rubbish & unprofessional. So disgusting place, twice went there melted ice cream, no fresh vegetables, fruits & vegetable areas smell so bad rotten vegetables & fruits, also no dairy products there.

Your cashier is arrogant, making faces while accomodating a customer, its not a good attitude for someone who is working in hospitality/service industry. If she dont want to punch the item in the cash registry because the customer forgot to include on the first bill, if its not allowed or if you have a minimum bill, then she could just say so, this attitude is unprofessional!

Very arrogant india Manager at Al Nahda 2 Dubai , one time swipe AED 190 instead of AED19 , AND Today send me 38 pcs instead of 25 pcs and forcefully had to buy items for my balance money instead of return.

The trick here they do is once the delievery boy come for delievery they first offer card machine and ask to swipe card and if u r ordering regularly than on trust u also swipe card , and that's how they cheat you as later u check ur items .

Lesson learnt not trust this Grocery , this is 2nd time. Also not having any Indian items, never going to order nor recommend to buy from here
