Bench Satwa

Worst experience; I went to buy jeans and under but the sale lady name Jenny was too rude and not even care to assist me; the worst insulting part when her friends came in the store around 6:30pm she assist here with full of respect and full attention; so when I decided to pay in the counter; I encounter Jenny and her friends in the counter; I feel something fishy was happening around between the 2 (poor company loses I hope you get my point here); with her Jenny facial expression from the cashier; I know their is something going on as she is eager me to go pay fast and move from the store.
I feel bad for the owner of the company. ( they should do some investigation for their loses or for worst they should not tolerate this kind of behavior.

Attached herewith the copy of the invoice yesterday items I bought with them Bench Satwa Branch under Shades Global Trading LLC; worst experience ever.

Best brand in UAE. I have tried all brands. But this brand I truly love it. After 6 years of usage still my clothes as good as new

Very bad experience I came here like 9pm today with my wife when will enter the shop the lady staff did not acknowledge our presence when I great her and she didn't reply and when will are checking the clothes she didn't even come to assist us because of the bad attitude of the lady staff me and my wife left pls train your staff on customers service and how to assist the customers not sending them away pls

Kailangan ng proper training ang salesman ng bench store nato sa satwa. kahit greetings sa customer na papasok wala..nagtanong ako ng price ng isang t-shirt sabi nya may price pa check nalang..since gusto ko yong damit binili ko parin at bibili din sana ng mga damit ang asawa at kapatid ko. pero dahil napaka rude ng salesperson di na sila bumili...dapat palitan ng ibang salesperson ang store nato sa satwa kabayan pa naman🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️very poor customer service

Shoutout ko lng po sa salesmen nila jan sa bench satwa... napaka suplado nyo po parang wala kayong nakita costumer ng iiisa Ako costumer nyo kanina 1pm July 12 Di lng man kayo ng greet or Ng tanong ano bang bibilhin ko .. pag tinitingnan kayo kasi may gusto Ako I tanong ta bibili sana Ako Ng brief yun talaga sadya ko sa May satwa kaso di kayo namamansin ehh Wala kayo yung Good costumer service siguro quota na si kuya Kaya di na kailangan ng benta😡😡😡
