Gorgeous but you can only visit the first floor.
No public parking but there is a garage with fees
The area is nice and cool to walk around

Absolutely in love with this library.

It is just magical, unreal.

It is sad that we cannot go upstairs, but it is just a beautiful quiet library.

I would love to come again mutliple times and this is must-visit place if you are in Baltimore.

One of the best hidden gems in Baltimore, 💎 this is a must see for your trip. ✈️ The Peabody library is free and this will take you less than a half hour to complete. ⌛️ This library has books dating back to the 1600's and has books shelves that go to the ceiling. 📚

Beautiful library with parking out front on a weekday. Visitors are limited to the ground floor. The whole block is surrounded by beautiful buildings all around Mt Vernon plaza. Definitely worth the stop if you are in the Baltimore area/visiting the aquarium!

Absolutely stunning, completely unaware Peabody and Hopkins were buddies. Free admission, 2 hour limit parking found a spot right away. Beautiful park across and not to mention a church with stunning architecture. A serene place outside and inside just beautiful.

Beautiful, historic library. My favorite was a book from 1508. You can only visit the ground floor of the library, so you can tour the limited exhibits and take pictures in under 30 minutes. Admission is free but check the website for daily hours, as the open times seem to change frequently.

One of the most gorgeous libraries in the world

The library is accessible to public and you can access the resources with the services of the librarian(s). There are six stories but the public can only access the first floor. There are side alcoves with tables and chair if you’re looking to study.

There’s a good historical exhibit before entering into the library.
