Nice customer service and quick and easy purchase of goods. Their postage of parcels service is also very efficient. Definitely will come back.

Very annoying, because if you are collecting parcels you are always serve last. Doesn’t matter you are on a queue and it’s your turn!

Very frustrating experience. They refused our parcel which we had booked and paid for via collect plus, claiming it was ‘too big’ even though we had entered all dimensions and the weight into the parcel booking and paid extra! They didn’t even check or measure it. Great as a shop for any food, drink etc but I do not recommend if you need to use their parcel services

Listed as a Yodel Drop off shop till 22:00 today - (Saturday) - Drove around to it to discover that the shop had refused to take my three parcels (at 21:35) and has told me to come back tomorrow - Very Bad Customer Service - Avoid !!!

Lovely owners always friendly and shop is well stocked at all times.

DON'T SHIP PACKAGES FROM HERE
I paid online to print and ship my packages from this shop. I phoned 4 times in the morning to confirm that the printer was available as I was tight for time (my printer ran out of ink the night before). No one answered any of my calls. When I came to the shop to use the service that I had paid for, the woman told me that the printer was not available even though online it said that the printing service is available. She was shouting at me and not helpful whatsoever. I paid to ship my items from here and she told me to go else where. Very rude woman. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE!
