Love this shop ... Everything you need,staff so helpful and will go out their way to help..

I've had consistently bad experiences with the cashiers at this store. Every time I visit, the cashiers seem miserable and rude. Today, I went in to send a parcel with Yodel from Vinted and politely asked if they offered that service. The cashier just said 'come tomorrow,' with no other explanation and ended up shouting it at me because I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times since I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I had to ask, 'Well, what time tomorrow? Which he could have just told me from the start. The whole experience was just really unpleasant. I've now removed Yodel from my Vinted because I don’t want to have to visit this petrol station again.

Pulled up to grab a parcel and left my partner waiting with the car. One of the workers started yelling and cursing at him before slamming on the car window because he didn't immediately move, despite not being in the way of anyone.

One of my favourite petrol stations in Worcester. The 35L fuel= free Costa coffee is great I don't really understand how they do it but I enjoy it.

Get a free coffee with 35 litres! Winning! Staff are always friendly too

Very poor car wash, used to be good. I had a bit of moss on the roof and the guy said that'll be fifteen pounds, I demonstrated that it just rubs off then he said twelve pound. I went to another who charged me seven pounds without even mentioning it. Bunch of crooks, reported to trading standards, it should be a standard price. Won't go again, they lost a loyal customer through their greed.

Friendly and helpful staff, well stocked shop and prices were good. Would have given 5 stars but Ultimate Deisel was only available on one pump.
