They don't process the testing themselves, blame the lab for the long delays and don't even bother to follow-up on pending tests. But they charge high prices...
FYI THIS IS THE WRONG LOCATION. This is not where the PCR clinic is, it's a bit further down the road at 6145 Viscount Rd, parking garage bldg 4th floor.
Went at 6pm on a weeknight, walk-in no appointment, nobody else was there, very quick. They can print & sign necessary forms for certain countries such as Japan.

No one showed up!
Takes so long to just get the results by them, never calls back or never texts back.
Overall quick and easy. Don’t make an appointment though, they prioritize the walk-in line over appointment line. The walk-in registration process is also much faster from my observation and timing.
