They were quick and friendly. I really love their tomate soup
You pay $10 or $12 dollars for Egg / Bacon Sandwich they give you a Slice of Bacon broke in half on sandwiche. Or they will crumble the bacon when you ask for EXTRA BACON. They have NO Jelly for your Bagel. NO Lemon for your tea.
I was told that this Panera is individual own. As being a customer you need to do better for the money that's being spend you charge for Food and Drinks.

Ordered Bawl of autumn Squash soup and 1/2 Mediterranean vegetable sandwiches. I spent my little $ of $14.39. What I was given was paste instead of soup and 2 slices of focaccia bread few leaves of spinach. When informed a young woman who took my orders, she disrespectfully dropped a paper bag and started “This is how soup is” dropped on the table”
Not impressed by my takeout order today. I ordered a half turkey sandwich, only asking they remove the tomato and they gave me a plain turkey and cheese sandwich - no greens or condiments. For the $7 I paid, I expected better attention to my food. I asked for some chicken with my salad as well and quality with that was just as bad, very few pieces and just gross cuts. Don't think this place is worth the money, at least not paired with the service quality.
I always like Panera but yesterday and today I have a bad experience with the sandwich the put too much pepper 🌶️ and that wasn’t eatable. I don’t like too spicy.
The customer service ,the don't respect customer. Even the don't follow instructions when ordering the food.
I order Chipotle chicken avocado.

I always frequent Panera whenever i have my appointments. Today, i did my rapid pick up like normal. When i got home (after an hour in traffic), i go to enjoy my sandwich and...its not the sandwich i ordered. There are ham and swiss labels on the sandwich, but the sandwich is turkey or chicken, and doesnt have any of the toppings i was supposed to receive on my sandwich. Two stars because my soup was still hot. I will be contacting management after this review.
