The best thing in the shop is the display and staff, and the products are very impressive and of high quality.

I have given my shoes for replacement of sole, they changed me 1000-1200 ....and it is more than 20 days ,no one called me...

I went to shop for enquiry they shown very causual approach, last three days my shoes come and no body bother to call me....

Again another height, only sole of shoes replaced but no shoe polish appliednor even clean properly.... can't do atlist this much... against high charged

Took sandals for my wife from regal Malad Weat SV road but it’s a big mistake worst material purchased..purchased for rainy season but its not at all for rainy and fooled us, never ever purchase regal brand, duplicate material

Selling Duplicate Materials and Worst service

They don't have good quality products. I think they use first hand copies of brands and sell on higher rates. I bought Ruosh shoes. They were costly but now the sole is gone just after I used them four or five times. Shops like these are looting people on the name of brand. Don't go for their products. Also pathetic service makes it a big problem.

The product quality is highly suspect. By placing their own brands, deceptively given international sounding names like ' Alberto Torecelli" 'Egle' and suchlike, and placing them in the middle of genuinely good international brands like Clarks and Florsheim, they appear to be pushing off their poor quality store brands. The sandal I bought from them (I normally buy Pavers) is the worst quality I have bought in years -- uncomfortable & stiff. They should probably spend some of the money they spend on high rents, interior decor and slick salesmen in to improving their product quality. Overall a disappointment and not a place I would like to go back to.
