The staff is really friendly and courteous. Had a great experience in the showroom. Although I didn't buy here due to a missing color but it certainly helped me to make the correct choice from their website eventually

I had visited their outlet yesterday and the women there assisting was extremely rude and unapproachable.
I had inquired about Nike dunks and did informed her that it is not my size she rudely responded back saying they do not have the size.
I did not say anything then, then she offered me to check for different colors I did requested her to show me a different color
She never came back and started assisting different clients
I do not expect such kind of services from a big brand like yours highly disappointed with the way you handle clients!
Would highly obliged if you train your staff to treat all customers equally

Worst shopping experience ever
Bought nike af1 in size 7 as i own one more nike pair of the same size but these shoes didn’t happen to fit right so i initiated for the return after 24 hours of delivery ( it is stated in their return policy ). They asked for photos of shoes from each side on whatsapp. Did everything according to their requirements and got the return request approved. Days later they mail stating that they have received dirty shoe. You guys have done the same with so many of your customers. I read through the reviews and people have experienced the same horrible service from you guys. Why scam? At least provide with a decent service. And to add to it you guys don’t have any customer support who can connect over call. Not everything can be resolved over mails or the useless ticket links you share.
Ps. You guys have also ruined my birthday gift!

Cool store, but an absolute nuisance for the residents with whom they share a lane.

All through the night there are junkies sitting here, gawking at our mother's and sisters, smoking, consuming drugs and littering.

There used to be a wall here. VNV made this seating space for their customers but doesn't enforce who occupies it.

We are sick of this menace.
