Big disappointment. The synagogues are plain, and in the cemetery there is a narrow route, with hundreds of tourists. There were some interesting parts, and I probably I would still recommend it, as it is an important part of the city, but don't expect too much.

A lot of text to read if you have the patience, but several interesting artefacts to look at. The museum consists of a few buildlings, so you get a bit of a walk-around which is fun. The girl at the ticket counter was very nice and helpful. The tickets were a bit pricey, but the spanish synagogue made it all worth it, so make sure you check it out while you’re there, as it’s the highlight of the tour! 🕍
One ticket with entrance to the majority of synagogues in the center of Prague. Ticket comes with an audio guide.

I never leave negative reviews but this is an exception - this was perhaps the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life.

The individual selling our tickets:
- Repeatedly tried to pressure my colleague into buying an audio guide when he had repeatedly said no
- Advised my friend that he does not appear to be someone who reads or likes to read
- Suggested that “the Google Generation” is likely to lead to demise of the world and that an internet audio tour will not be a panacea
- Called me a “black sheep” that merely follows the wishes of my colleagues after I similarly did not purchase an audio tour

Extremely unprofessional and unbecoming conduct by an employee who is serving such beautiful historic monuments.

A moving experience stepping back in time and learning about the Jewish history of the city - including the 80.000 names written by hand of those who perished during the Holocaust.
I also recommend doing a walking tour of the Jewish quarter. Fascinating!

This is a stunning gem you’ll have to visit. I’d suggest you spend more time in this glittering location and take in the grandeur it has to offer. While you’re at it, bring along a wide lens to capture the beautiful interior.
