Studio 209

Had my baby’s 1st birthday at studio 209.
This hall is very beautiful & loved the separate room for serving food. Hall itself is very nice & clean AC was working fine.
Staff is very friendly. Awesome customer service.
Got my security deposit back in 7 business days as it says in the agreement.
Definitely worth it. I recommend it & i will be going there again !

The hall is beautiful. All you need are chair covers and table cloths to bring it to the next level. We added a backdrop but the giant painting on the wall is beautiful!

Great place for the price! Hall A in itself without additional decoration looked nice. Friendly and efficient management team.

I rented the hall B for July, prior to the party Sameer showed us all the controls and where everything was. When we received the hall at 430 everything was clean and we were able to decorate the hall and put everything out in a timely fashion.. we contacted him during the party to see if we can extend it an hour and he was very understanding and said yes. We left the hall clean but had forgotten to take out the trash, the owner was very understanding and let us take out the trash the next morning.. we got our security deposit back within the 7-10days as stated in the contract.. he was very approachable and understanding we will definitely be booking again..

This owner is money hungry!

My sister recently used their hall for a birthday party this past weekend. She had to clean the DISGUSTING hall before using it which delayed her set up plans. After the party, she made sure to clean up the mess before leaving, putting away the chairs/tables which left her leaving a little later than the time she was supposed to. When she asked for her 400$ deposit back the owner stated he wasn't going to give it back because the hall was messy and there were two broken chairs. He also charged a whole hour as a late fee, although it was about 15 min. Luckily, she had taken before and after pictures of everything and sent the pictures to him but still refused to give the deposit back, until she threatened to take him to small claims court. He also has his own cameras in there so why wouldn't he just check them??

My sister is supposedly going to be given the deposit back this upcoming weekend but we will see.. Beware and make sure to to take before and after pictures!!!

There are time stamps on the photos she shared with you before and after. You continued to lie and look for problems that weren't there so you could keep the deposit. You knew full well or did not care that the hall was not clean for the next renter. You saw the pictures of the clean hall afterwards. The debris of those previous balloons were left there and untouched if that's what you're talking about. Everything was taken care of by us, we made sure of that with pics that were shared with you. You were not willing to give the deposit back until you were threatened with court.

As a small business you should try your hardest to reply professionally and keep your facility clean for the next. Trying to put the previous renters mess on to the next for a quick buck and playing the victim is just wrong. And since it's such a small business it should be easy enough for ya.

It should go back to being the housing facility it used to be. Good luck.

This venue is clean, classy, and exceeded our expectations. Sameer is very kind and made sure we were comfortable, I love studio 209

Hosted an event here in December, I loved it. Able to decorate and bring our own food. We had a ball! The space is light, airy and huge!! Able to accommodate a good number of people. There is a small kitchen area to use as your set up space for food and it has a microwave. Waiting area was great for use while we finished the hall set up.
A gem in worcester and convenient location.
