My daughter has been at Primrose since she was 4 months old and absolutely loves it there. You can argue that most daycares do the same types of activities (reading, outside time, etc.), but at Primrose the kids learn how to be their unique self! My little girl’s personality and individuality shines at this school because of the environment and the teachers. In particular, Ms Kiersten and Ms Marisa are hands down favorites of my now 2 year old. She ALWAYS wants to go to school to see these two women which tells me that they love and care for my daughter like she was their own <3

Primrose was wonderful. We had our boys in the after school program. They picked them up from school, gave them snack, they had time to do homework and play. Ms. Denise and Ms. Candice were exceptional. They also have nice community events for families, above and beyond. We loved our experience with Primrose - highly recommend!

Best daycare center we have experienced. As a former military family, we have experienced all types of care at various locations, and nothing compares to our experience at Primrose. The staff, particularly the franchise owner is extremely invested in our children and I never worry about my child when he is in their care. The Primrose standards for academics are beyond my expectations and my children are given a wonderful academic as well as play experience. I recommend Primrose at Leesburg PS wholeheartedly!

We toured many daycares when the time came to decide on the right one for our son. In the end, the decision was clear and easy. Primrose Leesburg stood out as the top choice because of the brand new facility (think safety standards), the amazing outdoor play area, and the wonderfully balanced curriculum. As every parent, we were nervous to hand over the care of our son but he loves going to Primrose Leesburg! This really is the most important measure to us. Sure, there has been quite some turnover in the pursuit of finding the right leadership team, but in the end, we have peace of mind knowing that everyone at Primrose Leesburg knows, loves, and cares for our son.

We love Primrose. Our experience with Primrose has been very positive. Ms Denise, the owner, is always there and she is very friendly and welcoming with her interactions with both the kids and families. Our son started when he was 2 years old and all of his teachers have been extremely caring, loving and excellent since then. He loves Ms Heba, Ms Sunita and Ms Manju very much. All the activities are communicated through the Procare app so we can follow what the kids have been doing during the day. They provide healthy snacks and lunches prepared by the chef daily. Highly recommend it, we have been very happy here!

Our son was at this daycare for about 6 months. We had to move him due to work but it was the first daycare he ever went to. Now that he is in a new daycare I have something to compare Leesburg Primrose to. My goal is to give parents an honest/helpful review and to give helpful suggestions to Leesburg Primrose. Overall, the staff was very sweet and kind to my son. I have no doubt that they love what they do. There were a lot of changes with teachers in the room but they normally communicated these changes through the Procare app. At Leesburg primrose we were not allowed in the rooms which was not communicated before signing up (even if I took my shoes off) which I think was very hard on our son. He cried at drop off almost every day. (At his new daycare he has never cried and we are always able to walk into his room at drop off and pick up which I think makes a huge difference). My biggest issue with Leesburg primrose was the lack of update photos sent of my son. My son was in daycare all week when I was working (8am/9am-5/6pm) and some days we received minimal photos of him and quite often 0 photos of him. When this was brought up to the front desk (Ms.Teresa, before Ms.Amy arrived) she brushed my husband off. Unfortunately as new parents, and new to the daycare life, we assumed we were being "difficult" parents and thought it was normal to be treated this was. This was very upsetting as parents that work all week and were concerned about our child (under 2years old) adapting to daycare life especially when our child cannot communicate with us. Ms.Denise, Ms.Amy, Ms.Kristen, and Ms.Lilliam were all very sweet and kind to our son and respectful to us as parents. If we had verbalized our concerns after our incident of initially being shut down when asking about photo updates I wonder if our experience would have been different. None the less, I know the teachers are kind and loving but I wanted to transparently share our experience.

A friend recommended Primrose to us, and when this location opened last year near us, our choice was an easy one. But nearly a year and half later, we are happy to say that our experience with Primrose has been extremely positive, and our choice would have been the same had there been other nearby options. The leadership and staff have been very professional, dedicated, caring, and empathetic. Ms. Denise, the owner is very present in the daily running of the place. She is so welcoming and her interactions with the kids are heart-warming. Our son's teachers have been excellent (Ms. Noureen and Ms. Chelsea in preschool, Ms. Sasha and Ms. Amaia in pre-K). The facilities are new and he loves the playground!!!! He has grown and thrived so much since his early jittery days. We were initially concerned that he would struggle away from the family confine given his very timid and idiosyncratic tendencies, but the fact that he now wakes up every morning expressing his eagerness to go to school is a testament to the nurturing and thriving environment Primrose has provided for him. Being a picky eater, the staff has gone the extra mile within the school's guidelines to help him on that front. Primrose's curriculum is very engaging and diversified, providing a good platform for Kindergarten's readiness. The school provides 3 assessments through the renaissance star early literary test, and uses this to provide valuable feedback to families using parents' conferences. We can't recommend enough Primrose, and will miss it when our son leaves for Kindergarten this fall.
