Go 200m further south for a better Calisthenics setup. 3 pure calisthenics stations, 2 of which are identical, and they're plastic sit up stations! Unless you're quite "well cushioned" enjoy bruising your coccyx. Single pull up bar, quite low (great for enabling access for shorter people, but you're actually inhibiting taller people, and I'm not remotely tall). No parallel bars. 3 "exercise machines" that would give you less muscle definition than walking past them would.

New, has a nice area of soft fall to make circuits on, and includes a chin up bar at a height one can actually reach.
