Wonderful area to talk for the most part. Some sketchy road crossings and through a golf course, but a nice walk none the less. Doesn't push you very hard, however that's what I expected.

Only problem was I tried to jump brook and slipped on stones on opposite side, feeling it today sore and aching all over.

Went to have a look, could do with some benches and seat,s, we took a picnic but nowhere to sit to enjoy the peace and quiet. The pond at the top of one of the stairs was a bit of a mess, full of surface weed and cans, no wildlife on it, a bit dissapointed, sat in car having our picnic, no map showing footpaths.

The tasting menu was as good as any meal I have had.
Really enjoyable evening.

I decided to explore this nature reserve after seeing it on Google Maps. It was a 50 minute walk to get there on a bright Friday morning and it was definitely worth it once getting there. The bird song was amazing and the paths were well laid out and useable. I met very little people whilst walking and those I did were families and dog walkers, all very polite and observing social distancing. There is a lovely babbling stream running through the nature reserve, and if you are lucky enough you will see squirrels scampering about. A really pleasant walk, explore the paths and enjoy your time there. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that I was disappointed to find no benches go sit on to enjoy the views and listen to the glorious bird song. Wear sturdy boots and remember to take your rubbish home .
