Goodwill Rittman Thrift

The prices are ridiculous as well as inconsistent. Three similar appliances had three different prices in them $10.00, $15.00 and $20.00 for bread machines.
$50. For a vacuum sweeper?
$250 for a dresser, bed frame and skinny chest of drawers.
Appliances that dont have all their parts?

I absolutely love this goodwill..it's my top favorite and I'm a reseller so I go to alot stores weekly. It's always clean and organized..and the staff is so friendly they treat you like family.And..im always forgetting my phone or something and they never fail to come running to return it to me..lol! The manager Sam is the best ,she's very good at her job and this store has been drastically improved since she got there. They should have a 5 star rating!!

The lady manger with the curly hair did not want to listen to me about a pair of boys boots stating “those are tooo big to be children’s shoes” and I stated that’s crazy considering they fit my 12 year old daughter right next to me. She argued with me they were misplaced and adult shoes. I paid and came home to look at them further and inside the boots it’s says size 6 boys so I called to complain to a manager and turns out she is unfortunately the manager. She was nasty with me when I tried again explaining these boots are children’s she said “well if it was made in a different country” no. Ariat boots made in the USA and stays boys. She had an attitude an handled it poorly a now I have a preteen worried she has too big of feet. SMH this lady does not need to be working here let alone the manager!!

Worst thrift store I have been to. The selection is a joke. Clothes I would be embarrassed to donate and they were selling half full bottles of cleaning solution in the houseware section. I’m not even sure that’s legal. What a joke.

Store is small compared to surrounding locations, but the prices are good. Rude employee named Imogen could be heard in the back, all the way from the other side of the store, yelling at a young girl for clocking in like 3 minutes early. Yelled at her for 15 minutes and then continues to yell about her at the same volume to her coworkers after the girl went to the front desk for the rest of my visit.poor girl was new and didn't know this was a huge deal. I dont know what she gets paid but it's not enough to be treated like that. Most employers have a hard time finding people who are on time and she was trying to go above and beyond being a few minutes early. Wrong move I suppose.

On two separate occasions, a female staffer was rude to me when I was donating (nice) merchandise at the back door. I'll take my donations elsewhere.

Good selection of clothes, Children's books, adult books, shoes and other household items. Nice employees.
