Quality items always
This was my first time coming to this store. I was willing to spend over 100$ at this store but the second I got a rude service from one of the older workers there, I dropped everything. Having worked in retail for years, I understand some days are hard but when someone asks a simple favour, the least you can do is pretend to be nice and not react with such attitude.

Waste of money washed the blouse I just bought as indicated and the colors came off, I was a loyal client but never going back again, the worst ever

I bought a set of jeans on special and was waiting to trade in my size while calling once a month to try to get my proper size. After a few months I lost patience and decided to return the jeans. To my surprise the branch manager was unwilling to help me and asked me to leave with jeans that do not fit me saying that I waited too long. It's funny since it's her own employees who told me I had plenty of time and I had been calling every now and then to try to get my hands on the proper size. I expect a lot better service put my Big Brand like this... hopefully you guys will get a branch manager that understands customer service
The store itself has wonderful staff. They get 4 stars.
However....I was disgusted by the bathrooms opened to clients. The conditions clearly show they have not cleaned in weeks. 🤢

I'm not personally a big fan of the style of clothes here but I think they have a unique spot in the market. The clothes are high quality and not too expensive. I brought my father here to shop because he can never find XXL shirts that fit him properly because he's tall, but the graphic tees and sweaters here fit him perfectly. And we went during a sale so the prices were amazing. There aren't many employees but the ones they have are very kind and helpful. I also like the variety in graphic tees, I think they have a good selection but the stock seems low every time I go, in all locations.
