It looks like any other regular store... I really did not see deals there.
Normally I don't go out of my way to review retail stores, but I had to make an exception because of the wonderful customer service I received from the staff today, especially Harkirat who never hesitated to help me out through my shopping experience. Absolutely incredible store with incredible products and even better staff. Glad to say that I plan on shopping there again!

Enter store at 8pm (closes at 9) spent 20 minutes looking around grabbing stuff to try on (I cannot purchase without trying on as per why I choose to enter the store as apposed to shopping online and was told fitting rooms were closed. Not cool people. How is it that you're opened till 9 but don't have the fitting rooms available at 820pm? Won't be back to visit this location. Very disappointed and lost my sale 🤷🏼♀️

Being inside of an outlet mall, it was fairly busy. Looked mostly stocked with all clothing. Didn't end up finding anything to buy for myself but my sister bought a flannel shirt.
Aaliya was an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond with her services. she stood out to me and was the most helpful - esp because the two other women working there were lazy and mad rude.
My husband is a customer of clusier. When it comes to buying a taylor made suit Jean Michel is always on hand to take the measurements and the results are always impeccable. Their inventory follows the seasons so he can be well dressed throughout the year. Quality is exceptional and service is great. Thank you and see you soon for my winter fashion,

I was thinking of returning to this store to buy additional items and was surprised by some of the negative reviews. Upon reading them, I remembered that I was also mistreated on my first visit to the store.
The salesperson was condescending and didn’t want me to try on the shoes on display unless I would buy them because apparently too many people try on clothes without purchasing them. Isn’t that the whole point of having items on display?
I honestly didn’t pay attention to his negative attitude up until now because I just wanted to buy a pair and return to my affairs.
Similarly to what other reviews have pointed out, the salespeople need to get off their high horse and stop condescending or discriminating against clients.
Your store would benefit from an improved customer service rather than the selection of items.

The new store on De La Montagne is amazing!! It’s huge, beautiful and clean with a great selection of choices. The staff is very friendly and professional, go see Reuben, he’s the best! I was very well served and advised, I highly recommend!

Old Navy outlet is a big store here. The display is a bit congested here because of lack of space. But there are enough and big try rooms and that's the best thing here. There are Men Women and Kids section. The prices here are very reasonable and there are some good deals too. But the products here are of routine use, not high fashion. .
Lots of fitting rooms, helpful staff but not enough “long” or “tall” sizing in pants.
Delivery was very slow.
I would have preferred to pay to have the option to a much faster and prompt delivery.
As for the solid Black Tie,. I am VERY disappointed and not happy with it!!
The tie is very wrinkled all over and badly bent at the tip that is right into the material.
It looked like the tie was just troughen into a big box with no packing paper or care taken to packaging,and shipped out to me.
The back of the tie has numerous loose hanging threads all over it.
Showing poor craftsmanship.
The front has some smeared markings and 4 round circles half way down embedded in the material.
Not sure what they are or if they can come out.
Stains,water damage.
Who knows.
Staff should have checked the tie over for these flaws and ensured proper packing to achieve the best and highest quality was meet for the price I paid for this tie.
I will try and have the tie dry cleaned and a professional seamstress try and repair this mess.

The store is a pot bigger than I expected, which is nice. I'm not sure what it was, but when I walked in, the woman who was working at the front of the store, anytime I seen her looking at me, she looks disgusted and would avoid be close me. Unfortunately, she was the only available sales associate to ask for help, but I couldn't bother with her.
Manager did give the actual price item, first for my sister it was on clearance, she said it’s no on clearance, she didn’t even bother to check the price tag and then for my brother she did give the promotion price that the actually item we got from.
Friendly staff, more varieties of clothes for ladies & less for gents.
This location has the best service in the area. I think they welcome every single person as they enter the store and someone was always offering to help at every turn. It felt genuine and not driven by commission incentives. I will always return to this location and also found my prefect pair of jean shorts that I'd been hunting for years for.

Went in with my daughter on Tuesday and as soon as we walked in there was a nice sweet girl who greeted us good morning, told us about all theirs sales and helped us find the right clothes for my daughter in she's in a weird teen age she usually has a hard time finding thing that would fit her
This store manager is so rude and have no manners how to talk with customers politely. She is horrible example of any store manager would have for any good brand.I would never go this store and have had very bad experience.

Okay Customer service, messy & dusty store , I get that it's busy but that means: 1 -you need more staff , & 2-maybe just change the routines you have implemented to achieve a better result . Hope it gets better next time I visit.

It was very busy but the staff made sure to greet us and ask if we were looking for anything. I found it weird that the men’s section was larger than the ladies but there was way more men than women in the store anyway. Lots of great sales. Some of Their shorts were marked down to $29.99 or $39.99 with buy one get one 50% off. Lots of sizes available for men and women and lots of graphic tees, denim and tanks to go around.
Lots of items to choose from. The staff were great. Really friendly and helpful. The could have had a couple of more cashiers to move the line out faster. And it would have been nice if the limited how many people were allowed in the store at once. It was very crowded
If possible, I would give this on line clothes retailer negative stars. Just a warning for anyone in the US contemplating purchasing anything online from this establishment, you’d better know exactly what you want. Returning an item that didn’t fit for an exchange to them has been an absolute nightmare. When my emails were actually answered ( often with major delays) they were replete with half truths with no real action taken. This is a brick and mortar store in Montreal Quebec, that should stick to walk in business and immediately exit any kind of online presence ( at least in the US).
So stylish, size inclusive and made from good quality fabric that lasts for years. Affordable and sustainable!!
Great quality clothes, fast shipping from Canada to US, blazer packaged so that it didn’t come in a lump at the bottom of a box. Second purchase from them and have Boutique Jaques on my regular shopping list.

Amazing deals!!! Very affordable especially with they have sales going on like Black Friday or Boxing Day!!!! I found this beautiful pink shoulder bag and it’s absolutely perfect for my everyday use. It’s so spacious inside and I can literally pair it with anything! I recommend coming to this place before going to the mall and paying more for the same item!

Started out great the handicap doors don't work for strollers and wheelchairs. Missing a lot of sizes. Only one employee on the floor who just cant wait to leave. Tells you to look around when you ask for a certain article. When you ask for a shirt on a mannequin, she tells you to ask someone other than her and practically tells you off. Then when you tell the cashier about your experience, all he cares about is telling you to become a member. Doesn't care at all about a word you just said but makes excuses for his coworker's attitude. Customers don't deserve to be treated like this when all they ask for is kind service.

Richard was incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. He created a wonderful one stop shop experience to dress me for an upcoming formal wedding. I highly recommend this shop, and will definitely make the trip back up from Stowe Vermont for my clothing needs!

Worst experience ever! Total lack of respect from the sales clerk. She called security on me as I was paying for the item that I had come to try on because they didn’t have it in a nearby Banana republic store. Reason for calling security: I pulled down my mask while trying on the item and there was nobody within 20 feet of me. She threatened to throw me out of the store. I pulled up my mask after trying on the item and proceeded to the cash, where she took exception to my complaint about her tone and threats. At no point did I yell, insult, swear, or threaten the clerk. My card was in the machine when she called security. I had her cancel the transaction and left. 0 stars for the branch at Promenades Saint Bruno. I’ve been buying clothes at many Banana Republic stores for years. Never before have I encountered such behaviour from a salesperson there.
The staff at this store are amazing! There are always so incredibly helpful and attentive. I went shopping there the other day and a young girl, Caitlin greeted me at the door. From the moment i stepped inside she was nothing but friendly and helpful. She heard what I was looking for and did her best to help me find it. When we couldn't find it, she was quick to offer alternatives.

Opening hours on the website are not accurate! I drove kilometres to come here and there was a notice saying that exceptionally for that day they would open an hour later. They should update their website for this type of “exceptions” as people make plans trusting on the info posted on the websites!

Merchandise is ok, but the associates vary too much. Some are really nice, but we've come across few that don't know how to work with the public and act very unprofessionally, talking with co-workers about clients loudly, not working and just chatting, etc. It's unfortunate that the experiences we've had were tainted by these unexperienced and unprofessional young sales associates.

Points for having a decent variety in sizes/options but otherwise the store may as well have been staffless. No hello, offers of help -- even providing me with a shopping bag would've been nice seeing as I didn't know they had any and I picked up more than I could comfortably carry. May as well have saved myself the trip and shopped online. Won't bother coming back here again.

Great service! Lady at the cashier was very helpful polite and very nice she tried to help me with an order from the internet that I couldn't return by post. Than I found a funko pop with an open box and very damaged package they gave me a 20% discount on the article. That was very kind. Will go back anytime.
Great, fashionable men's clothing store. I loved it because it was a small business, service oriented, and filled with great, quality selections. I purchased several pairs of socks and a tie - can instantly tell the quality is exceptional and not badly priced either. In a consumer driven world dominated by big box, name brand stores, it is always a pleasure to find small gems like this one. I recommend shopping here.

If you're looking for bootleg Yeezys and Off White/ CDG clothing this is your best spot! They even price it like the real stuff and swear up and down its real... Truly a great way to treat customers by duping them! Avoid at all cost.. unless you like being lied to.
Banana Republic has really reinvented the brand in the last few years. The clothes are more modern, but still classic.
Great deals, especially during the weekends when they have special promotions on certain types of clothes. They also combine the promotions with the SPC card. Other stores usually don't apply the rebate if the items are already on sale.
